TA do more research. These guy ate a lot of meat and eggs back in the day. I'm not saying that they stuffed themselves. This diet is a precontest diet that was used for short periods of time.

I don`t get the nice feeling or the taste though that I would with Red Wine. I love Cabernet Sauvignon and am addicted to the whole wine thing. I thought it was silly at first, but you really can get into it once you learn about it all.

The guys back then didn't get as ripped as the do today either. They looked better with more body fat and you could still compare physiques accurately. I think they should ban bodyfats below 9-10% in competition, not healthy at all.
The audience would like seeing bigger healthier looking physiques on stage. And the athletes wouldn't have to use diretics and wouldn't risk losing all their hard earned muscle.

Go get a Hydrodensitometry Weigh in and you'll see that you're probably 20-25% bf if not higher.
