Title: I think MIKE MATARAZZO'S HUGE, FREAKY CALVES might be IMPLANTS????????????

Look, his calves look funky and weird....funky looking calves....funky looking implants :-X

hahah thats the exact pic i'm talking about. They are bulging from the sides and look huge. Defintely could be Escilene.
