if u are squatting 315 for 3, you are nuts to think you will squatt 405 for 4 to 6 by summer unless you add some anadrol and other things to the soup you are taking.

This time I happen to agree with them. They aren't being very eloquent about why they are giving you a hard time, but I've seen your pictures and imo you augh not use drugs for at least another couple years after consistant training.

And based on what you are doing now, and how you looked in your pictures, it makes me wonder what sort of workout ethic you had before the 5 year layoff.

Actually, I agree with Garraeth 150%. The guy can't step foot in a gym without being on gear and now he has delusions of squatting 405 for 4-6 by June when he admits to struggling with 225 for 10 at this point. It's pretty pathetic and the criticism is more than warranted.

405 by 6 by summer and u struggle with 225 for 15 now. That's a crazy ass jump. but who knows what is possible with some muscle memory, neural learning and teh juice. A 90 pound jump is approx a 29% increase over 315.
If the target is to be acheived by the end of may, it comes out to an increase of 2.5% every week, assuming u dont take any weeks off.
The good news is that its not a 2.5% increase over the previous best, because the percentage gets lower as u progess.... so speaking striclty from percentages it should get easier to add weight each week in theory. But the bad news is that its still an 8 lb increase every workout ;D
I wish you the best of luck, just reminding u that there's little room to slack off if the goal is being taken seriously.
