Totally, now i mean no disrespect to mike but he will probably spend 9 months of the year looking like a fat pig who doesnt even workout to look good for 3 months of the year at say 190(just a number i conjoured up for arguments sake) after a diet but would he not be better served staying at 170(again, fictional number) year round and looking better/healthier for it?

Regardless of how "small" or big he is it looks like he's attained a good level of conditioning. If he wanted to add some size I wouldn't add too much fat in the offseason. A lot of people use the offseason as an excuse to pig out and then when they try to diet down they come in a total mess.

Funny I'll agree that sevastase posts to many pics but wasn't Arvilla on here a couple years ago posting his pics all the time saying how big he was (I'm talking long before he became a "bodybuilder"; when he was a tough guy bouncer)? He (Mike) seems like a cool guy most the time but as they say that what we hate about others is really what we hate about ourselves the most.

He is ectomorphic. An ectomorph is already skinny and lean and what little muscle an ectomorph puts on will stand out dramatically but he will still be light and skinny. Put a teeshirt or sweater on Sevestase and he looks like an average guy on the street. Put a teeshirt or sweater on Arvilla and he stands out. People know he lifts. He's not a skinny bones. I know guys who weigh 155 soaking wet with a full 8 pack and they have never touched a weight or seen a gym in their lives. Don't confuse being skinny and very ectomorphic with being ripped. The same goes for guys that are over weight/fat and think their big. Same senerio. Plus Arvilla has competeted and placed with the trophies to proove his accomplishments not to mention he is in his forties. Most people on getbig are just average gym rats that have never stepped on a stage so they wouldn't know any better.

His chest and arms are not the best genetically and a few other weak points, but naturally you don't get much bigger than that. Having better muscle shape will make it appeal you're bigger, like Mr. Getbig, "Whateva" who has above average muscle shape and small joints.
Whateva is under 160lbs and 5' 8"-9" and he's well developed and been training for a long time naturally.
Being fatter will make you look 'bigger' but overall you'll look worse.

Well, that's good...but if the other guys is taking 2500...damm. But if the rumors are true and you haven't been off in years, might consider biting the bullet and going off for 6 months -- just make sure to workout like HELL during that time so your body gets its natural test producing again...especially do legs A LOT for the test boost. (just my opinion of course, no science to back that up)

I am a trainer now. I don't charge money, and I am not taking on any more than one client(Mr. Getbig 2007). But yes I agree Mike needs a trainer. You should see the the improvements I made for my client!

I mean I really respect mike for competing after all these years, but the pics he posted, I see no improvement in his physique from last years pics..............I mean like one said, going to the gym is about getting better, seeing the parts that need to be brought up and making it happen, I see with mike his progress has been less than minimal, his contest shape will not be much better than last years, since he evidently is not training hard enough or making the right improvements.

sevastase has a much better physique than yours. live with that fact or change something ie start with putting some serious work into your legs. if he is actually 6'3 then he is looking quite balanced at that height.
the plus side for you is that you have been shredded (comp), sevastase hasn't. it would be interesting to compare you both when you're both shredded.

I really am impartial and I can honestly say that Sevastase in those pictures has a better stage physique than Mike.
To me it appears that Sevastase has better structure and he's fill it out more. Mike has a big person's structure like Gunter Schlierkamp, but is far from being filled out.
As I've said before I think Mike's physique doesn't flow. He has too many weak points other than legs and his proportions are all wrong. A good bodybuilder can realize all their weaknesses and improve them before flaunting their physique.

You're right...if it were over 20 years ago. I have also stated that I think Sevastase looks great. He looks very athletic, there's no mistaking that. I also believe that Mike's whole spin on Sevastase was to build up and post improved pictures. Mike posts a HELL OF A LOT of pictures, but most were of him during dieting down or for fun. Yessssssss, I know prior to me he posted a lot of pictures of no progress, just to post, which is why he made the comment in the first place. Because he's been there, done that and is now saying "do something", "get bigger", "post improvement", not the same shots every 3-4 days. That's what I read anyway. You all turned this into a "who looks better?" contest that got EVERYONE ugly.

how many of you have been able to do a full body transformation like mike and laura, plus in your 40's they both live the true bodybuilding life there jobs are in body building they have bodybuilding friends they compete in shows and they try to help out other people in bodybuilding how many of you here can say you have even one of these quality's

Regarding me and posting my pictures: I certainly don't mind criticism and advice regarding my flaws as I know I have them and I do try to work on them. But I sure don't expect people to be so rude and childlike to bash others and really "try" to hurt their feelings (because they think there is no repercussion when behind a computer). I would never work on someone's nerve like they do here for the simple fun of it, but then again I'm an adult and don't like it when it's done to me, so why would I do it to someone else. Actually Sevastase is not 6'3".But all of you are comparing apples to oranges. Both are genetically opposite. Sevastase looks great and also looks like he is athletic, but "in my opinion" he does not look like he's a bodybuilder. Mike when not dieting for a show (even at his heaviest) looks like a bodybuilder. And I'm not being partial here. He just does. When he diets down for a show, although you may all considered him as being "concentration camp looking" he still had a bodybuilder's physique (and yes, he needs more mass in his legs, but still has wide bowling ball looking shoulders, chest looks good, back is wide and arms very full). And this is all at over 6' tall.
Again, I think Sevastase has a great body, but you have all stated that others (who have that SAME exact look) have swimmers physiques.
I have a lot of respect for you and mike to get onstage....but I'm sorry....ONSTAGE Sevastase would whoop Mike up and down...over and over again. Without being "partial" the truth is Sevastase has overall better genetics than mike, PERIOD.

after seeing that back pic of yours ill give you credit, you re thick and a lot bigger then me, but your phisique just doesnt seem to flow, your right reardelt is bigger than the left, and you have a gap between the biceps and forearms, your back has no symmerty at all, and you have a bigger waist at 10 % than i at 20 %bodyfat.
ive just started eating seriously for the last 3/4 months, just look at my pic, ofcourse you have more muscle but all my muscles flow perfectly with symmetry and proportions. you look like a bunch of bodypart put together, no offence. im a life time natural, i think that you have juiced, ebcause you do contests, and you achieved some great conditioning, thats from juicing and other drugs. ill be posting new pics in a year and a half, im really focused now, i think you wil see a big transformation, expecially because i was able to transform 7 inch arms into 15,5 inch eating crap and not training frequently.

mike you look good here, also the quads look big and muscular, but you have really weak calves. and because of that it distracts your phisique very much, and you look worse overall because of it.
Have you measured you calves, eacht 3 months, and they're the same size right? So you gave up that bodypart and train it just once every 10 days?
JUST TRY THIS, train your calves every other or every 2 days. always train them first thing when you get in the gym. Forget about the routine 3 sets of 10 reps for calves, i quess you train themheavy 8/9 sets with 10 reps? and they didnt grow right? Dont blame it on genetics everybody is able to build big calves. Train them with moderate weight up to 500 reps each time, rest 5 to 10 seconds between sets. If you do this you wont be able to walk, after the workout. You will have very sore calves days after that, dont wait till all the soreness goes away, just pound them 3 times a week, like that. Dont worry about overtraining the calves, bacause it just cant happen, calves are very strong muscles, and they wil grow each night.
JUST TRY THIS FOR 6 MONTHS I GUARANTEE YOU THE WILL GROW LIKE WEED

don't forget his lateral movement and left hooks, and of course the precise barrage that comes after it. most mma hws wouldn't even know where he was before they'd been chin checked 6 times.
middle distance was what suited tyson best and he would create this distance with very quick lateral movement.
you are going to have huge problems shooting in on prime tyson because he's not going to be dead meat standing in front of you.

I saw your contest pics and your dieted down size was not all that impressive either bro. What's the point of putting on all that bodyfat if you're not actually gaining quality muscle. Sure you may get a little stronger knocking back those quarterpounders but not one bodybuilding judge gives a fuck about what you bench they care about how you look on stage.
