Watching the Real World and I have always thought this Alton dude has the best physique for attracting pussy I have ever seen. You guys will probably say he is too small, probably about 165 at 5% or so.

I will be the first to admit that I started working out almost entirely for women. I'm not at all ashamed to admit it. Women most certainly, most absolutely prefer muscle on the average, but it comes down to how you carry it. For example, in the Rock Hard DVD, Gunter looked like a model despite his weight which was no doubt in excess of 260 pounds. I cannot see a woman saying he is too big at that weight because he carries his muscle well and his personality reflects in his physical mannerisms too - his smile and the way he walks and talks for example. He has since used too much GH which has made his face grow, but he still looks very good despite being as huge as he is. Contrast that with Branch Warren who has way too much muscle for his frame, is short, bald, etc, and I highly doubt there would be a lot of women attracted to his look. I know that's rude to say, but it is nevertheless true. Like I said, it comes down to face and how you carry the muscularity you have.
The guy in the pictures below was the biggest guy at my high school at 5'10 and 165...and to this day he is still 5'10 and 165. More muscle would not help him to get more girls, and I highly doubt Gunter would get more than him or vice versa:

Height I agree with but face is subjective. Take two "good looking" over 6 foot guys one 190 six pack and one 275 little thicker not tight abs and in photos shown to a group of ladies I bet the smaller guy wins 9 times out of 10. I have dated several fitness models ( not bragging ) It's just that girls that train or do photo shoots, compete, whatever, Look at us bodybuilders a little differently than the average 24 hour fitness dude. They either like muscle or they can learn to like it as you date them. From asking the question, what the "average " I said " Average' girl likes to many girls I know. And I'm talking Hot girls. Quite true, I went on date with a girl and she was a "thick" girl. But she kept feeling my arms and back. She told me she wanted to be a size 4, and she like the fact that i had goals, whether it be physical or educational. It didn't work out, but those are dudes she is attracted to---ones with drive and ambition. She didn't mess with bums or thugs with no jobs.

( I trained with NASSER at my gym somedays ) I'll post two more magazine pics. This time I'll post an older pic of when I was 180 ( The black and white ). And a colored pic of me now at 217lbs. To me I don't see that big a difference. Except in the legs which are much bigger these days. I'm glad that the girls I find attractive, like my girlfriend, Like more muscle ! Sure not Ronnie Coleman type muscle. But not like the guy on page 1.

dude are u high,if you diet and are as big ,conditioned or have his muscle shape then i guess u can be a physique model like him .even if you have same or bigger measurements it will not matter ,he has great muscle shape u have no idea what yours looks like yet.

like i told you i never claimed to be a ripped bodybuilder just a guy who lifts, this guy Markey tries to come off like he's some huge monster and he has 15 inch arms, 23 inch legs and weighs 205 pounds, all i'm saying is that this guy isn't some huge beast that's all, if you notice i gave this guy compliments and told him that he looks great but as is the case with all these guys who think they're pros he saw only the criticism, i absolutely gaurantee you that i'm bigger and stronger than this guy no doubt about it, fatter yes ABSOLUTELY, i can admit that.

all right you always answer back cool to my posts,but the measurements are a bit off,guys legs are full with great detail i'd say 27 or so and 215 and very lean not contest dry but good shape and detail at his height is big,like i said on earlier reply he would be one of the biggest on any beach and including his conditioning,a offseason not in shape bber are running around all year in sweatshirts unless in top shape,unless cutler of course.

I was done with this thread and my girlfriend pulled it up and showed me your pics.
1) The good : from what I can tell you look like you might have some muscle under all of that fat.
2) The Bad : You would have to lose 80 lbs or so to be in any kind of shape. Which I believe would put you under my 215-220 walking around condition. I'm not dieting at all and I go by the mirror not the scale. So I checked today and I was 223lbs.
Hit the beach with my girl and dog all day. Got nice and tan and enjoyed the San Diego life. ( Best weather in the USA bar none ! ).
Get out of the house and enjoy life my friend. Stop worrying about how big you are !

Based on past experiences I plateau once I hit a little over 200. Layne Norton said he gets up to about 230 before his gains stall. He holds a lean 215 comfortably.

Taking into account that he holds more muscle mass than you, and he's shorter, I would be surprised if you were stronger.

Perhaps that is true. Layne is interesting - when he hits a most muscular I would think he is a pro if I didn't see his face and know it was him. But in other poses he looks somewhat ordinary.

Muscle is important to women, whether they are even consciously aware of it or not. But there are things that are just as important: straight white teeth, a good hairline, good hygiene and matching clothes, and above all else, a good face. The dude in the picture would not attract more women with more muscle, and would maybe even attract less.

im sure woman would prefer that guy over a bodybuilder. he could probably gain some muscle mass and atracked more woman though. If he gained maybe 10 or 15lbs of muscle he would look better and atraced woman that like muscles which is a lot of woman and not scare off the ones that dont like bodybuilders.

You will eventually revert back to where you were or worse after discontinuing steroids. Haven't you noticed that at all the steroid boards there is always a "Mens Health" or similar section. This is where a lot of posters in the steroid section end up after a couple of years.
At a lean 200lbs you carry more muscle mass than 99% of people.
