One of the bro's on the PL forum I post on recently posted this vid. I wanted to post it because it gets me fucking BEYOND juiced to bench just watching it! For those that like to see big weights being tossed around! HERE YA GO!

I don't seriously think I could get it anymore. I was doing that awhile back. Tomorrow though is back day so we're supposed to shoot some film tomorrow in the eve at my local gym. I might be able to pull it off on the smith for 20 reps or so with 315 but on the flat bench? Not til I get my elbow rehab'd.
Which is strange. The flat bench kills my elbow even with lighter weight but even wiht heavier shit the smith doesn't. No one can tell me why. I don't hafta stabilize it maybe? So if I'm benching on the smith, i'm pushing for more reps on the heavier end to hopefully not lose to much after having to use it for an undetermined amount of time.
Today is bench day though, you're making me want to give it a go...I wonder if I can still break 20reps with 315. ???

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you cannot do 315 on a smith machine for 20 good reps.

You're probably right. I haven't trained for reps like that in a long time. 10 is one thing but another 10? That's alot of pushing. Besides,I'm officially getbig's BIGGEST LIAR til I get a video up. My hookup couldn't make it due to work constraints. It won't stop me from posting my logs and such but, I'll keep up my end of the deal I had with a few guys and say that until I get my videos up, I'm a big ass liar! ;D

315 on a smith machine for 10 I'll buy. Now way you have ever done 315 for 20 on a regular bench press.

I just did 275 for 6! Sorry, but I dominate the bench press! All this at 205lbs, simply "untouchable".

those shrugs were sort of lame and seemed pointless.unreal strong on the other lifts.it would be more impressive if they didnt bounce the weight off their chests all the time.

hahahaha, had an 18 set back workout to attend to, not much weight compared to "wickedtruth" though, only 315 for 7 on my last set of barbell rows. ;D

Seriously?? That is freakin good dude. I'm at 275 for about 5 maybe 6 on a good day. I could maybe do 1 with 315.

Its amazing i go to a good gym near London which has 3 current British champion powerlifters and 2 strongmen training there,
yet i never see anything like the poundages being lifted there that you guys on here can do!

I have a funny story behind the rows. I have heard several people on here talking about doing rows with 315. Though to myself if they can do it I can. I threw it on a few weeks back and I felt like a pussy, I got 1 with good form. and 2 with awful form. Looking at your size I believe you.

not really, man. my best GM was 425 for one, but that was belted and weighing 270. these days i should still be able to get 315 for a set of 6-8 as long as i've got a belt on. chad aichs has hit 955 for a single, but that's the highest i've ever heard of. seen videos of a guy doing 495 concentric only with the bar suspended on chains, and a guy who trains with brent mikesell said he used to do reps with 675.
