Where are your video's? Doing 315 25 times, that I want to see.
I don't seriously think I could get it anymore. I was doing that awhile back. Tomorrow though is back day so we're supposed to shoot some film tomorrow in the eve at my local gym. I might be able to pull it off on the smith for 20 reps or so with 315 but on the flat bench? Not til I get my elbow rehab'd.
Which is strange. The flat bench kills my elbow even with lighter weight but even wiht heavier shit the smith doesn't. No one can tell me why. I don't hafta stabilize it maybe? So if I'm benching on the smith, i'm pushing for more reps on the heavier end to hopefully not lose to much after having to use it for an undetermined amount of time.
Today is bench day though, you're making me want to give it a go...I wonder if I can still break 20reps with 315.
