so what do you do after you warm up?
seriously though back on track here. Squats are the foundation for ANY lifting regimen. Bodybuilding or powerlifting. If you don't squat, you are going to suck and you shouldnt bother lifting at all.
This heavy compound movement triggers strength gains for ALL other exercises, triggers more production of natural GH and test from your own body. It strengthens your core also which is extremely important for functional strength.
If I could only do one exercise at the gym due to time constraints, or whatever...it would be squats.
Its not just for your legs stark. I would have figured you would have known that so you are obviously fishing for something here, just not sure what.

apparenlty you people don't see anything outside your normal gym... and I go a hair above parallel on these. I don't know what it is but when I try to HIT parallel with 500 I start to want to squat to keep it from rolling forward so I cut them short. A 500lb good morning is FAR from a world record good morning. There are guys in powerlifting circles that use that to warmup on the way to 600-700lbs.
