now with protien powder of equal caloric value will not have the same effect. this is why low carb diets suck ass

one table spoon of instant coffee mixed in 4 ounces of water 1 table spoon of chocolate syrup 1 table spoon of sugar, and after you drink that shit you feel great and feel like doing pushups or squats or abwheel.....this drink is only 80-100 calories
have 80-100 calories of protien powder and you will feel like you simply ate dirt with no taste and it will not give you that push to do some working out
now the more sugary drinks like this you consume the better

if you have time keep going and have another drink
this will make it POSSIBLE to work out HARD while on a caloric restricted diet
this is why many fail on diets because they quit working out hard because they dont have the carbs

also a great exercise for back is the bent over row with dumbells , just slightly leaned foward yates style or the more you lean foward the less on the traps and the more on the lats
first row the dumbells to center of sternum then 'break a part and half rep out going wide using 35 pound dumbells, so its like a double contraction and never letting dumbells rest on legs. when you fatigue simply stand up straight and regain power , then continue again
you could also go wide with dumbells then go contract the dumbells to chest or vice versa for a double have rep

dont worry too much on how much coffee you have with the sugar and chocolate during your workout, your taste will signal how much you need to consume . as long as you are not having protien during you workout you wont be sluggish, because the protien draws water out . but the carbs and caffiene will give you a jolt and of course have plenty of water after the workout, you dont want a huge stomach with water during the workout

after you do the pushups, your body will be seeking amino acids for protein synthesis so that those pushups can result in some muscle.
It will find none in that coffee.
The coffee is a great stimulant but isn't conductive to sustained growth.

well to cut calories and lose fat FAST wich i have PROVEN on my youtube video means you NEED low calories, and haveing a high or even moderate amount of protien simply doesnt fit in the equation. you lose all motivation on a low carb/ low calorie diet
some days bump up the protien other days take it away you have to experiment , never do the same thing day in day out. check for muscle soreness. my muscles are ALOT less sore from doing more carbs. but my muscles get really sore if i havent worked them in a few days and im more succeptable to messing up a muscle that has atrophyied if its not stimulated every day.
try only protien powder (its useless for energy) at night no more than 60 grams a day hell im 230 and rarely hit the 70 gram mark

get back to gaining muscle by lifting some weight and you won't have to do so much cardio to burn calories. the extra muscle will increase your bmr and you'll burn more calories with less exercise. ;)

I was 125 pounds at age 25. Just so you know the genetic starting point that I had.
I am now 175 pounds at age 31, at the same bodyfat %.

i probably will post some pics when i can be bothered to get my girlfriend to take some, why not? but i don't see how my body means anything. i'll tell you right now though (and you can use this later as evidence of a self owning if i am bsing) i look a ton more muscular and in better condition than you though and i'm not even a bber. i just use weight training as part of my strength program. besides, you will just say that i am genetically gifted or taking drugs, as is the standard answer for people's failings.

So at the VERY LEAST, DW, at 230 pounds, cannot skate on 50 grams per day.

That being said, it's the blind leading the blind here. When DW announces that 50 grams of protein are enough for a 230 pounds man to gain muscle, he's putting things out there that'll cause others to waste time or risk health and well-being. Aside from ANY athlete stuff - the US RDA for protein for a 174 lb male is more than that. He's 50 pounds of muscle heavier. You will find no credible scientific research anywhere that says a 230 pound bodybuilder needs only 50 grams or less of protein a day.

in actual fact there is no scientific evidence that prove your protein recommendations (apart from the ones funded by supplement companies). in fact, if i wanted to be disingenuous like you i could say that it definitely doesn't work and use you as exhibit a. i can guarantee that it would be less deceitful than the supplement companies using steroid using bbers as evidence, because we both know it's not the supplements (natural) that make them look/perform that way.
nutritionists have no idea how to use nutrition to build muscle tissue on a natural healthy individual eating a balanced diet. they are simply not trained to use nutrition specifically to build muscle and the fact is, you're more likely to get state of the art nutrition advice for bbing purposes on the internet because by the time nutritionists come out of university the information they had learned has become outdated. that's not to say that such information will actually help you build more muscle than you can with a balanced diet. those propogating this misinformation may very well not have a dog in the fight, they are just brainwashed like you and sincerely believe they are helping or are looking for reaffirmation.
chad nichols? ronnie and others don't go to chad to get nutritional advice to gain muscle. they're already doing fine in that dept. they go to chad for drug advice and how to use nutrition in combination with drugs to create the massive shredded physique you see on stage. a whole different animal here and if you're planning on bbing natural, you don't need chad nichols. save your money.
