I know middle schoolers who can dunk a basketball the first time they step on a court, and I know 30 year old guys who have played ball for 20 years who will never dunk. We all have different starting lines.

seriously, don't mean to flame. i guess i'm just pretty blunt. you kind of missed my sarcasm with the beer coment though.

i want to see more pics that show you were the same bodyfat at 125 as you are at 175. frankly, i don't believe you and some glossy pic of your skinny fat mid-section doesn't prove a thing.
i probably will post some pics when i can be bothered to get my girlfriend to take some, why not? but i don't see how my body means anything. i'll tell you right now though (and you can use this later as evidence of a self owning if i am bsing) i look a ton more muscular and in better condition than you though and i'm not even a bber. i just use weight training as part of my strength program. besides, you will just say that i am genetically gifted or taking drugs, as is the standard answer for people's failings.
thing is, i couldn't give a flying fuck how much protein i eat day to day. sometimes i only eat once or twice. maybe if i was cycling steroids, gh or insulin i migh assimilate all that food but i'm not so deluded as to think that, even at around 240lbs i will assimilate 300+grams of protein. the truth is that i probably average about 130 grams of protein, so how the hell could i possibly have any muscle???
