2 months ago i ws struggling with 30s with my right shoulder...

My home dumbell-set won't let me add any more plates and I'm too greedy to buy overpriced monsters.

I do 75's with the first set about 20 times.. Then it usually goes to about 15. So round it off to 3 sets of 17ish.

Took it easy today, only did seven sets with that weight becasue my supermodel girlfriend was outside sounding the horn on the Ferrari and causing a scene.

Go from 65-90 lbs for 3-4 sets 8-12. If going for pure power I could probably do 100 but it hurts my shoulder.

i usually ape out poses with my shirt off for a good 15 to 30 mins after my last set...
the manager told me to keep it up cause membership has gone up 20% since i first took my shirt off!

Just use the barbell, you will be able to handle more weight without looking like a spaz trying to kick the dumbells up.

I can do the 100's for 3x3. That's the heaviest I've gone. The routine right now is the 70s for 6x6.

i hate incline dumbells...its always 20-30lbs lighter then my flat
i prefer incline smith or barbell
i always find it funny though when little turds incline 100's and use a 2'' ROM for 4 reps and then literally throw the weights in front of them

just yesterday i saw a kid trying to flat press 50s, he could not do a single rep, was struggling just to lift them off, gave up on the first "set", then tried the same shit again for two more "sets"....

I've done 105's for 3 sets of 8, done the 120's for sets of 3-4, and the last time I picked up to go heavy I got the 115's for 6 reps with a spotter helping on the last one, slightly on rep 5.

i do this now and it feels like it works great...
100 dbs for 3 sets at 60 degrees
100s for 2 sets at 45
100s for 1 set at 15-20 degrees
then 100s for 2 sets at flat bench,,,
all at 6-8 reps, then finish off with 55 flies, and your chest feels pumped

after doing all my heavy work and the 225 rep-out two weeks ago i hit the 110s for two sets of 6 and if i don't do the 225 thing i can usually get the 120s for a set of 5-6 but that hurts kinda bad.

do u traiun fast cos if u do that would explain it.
on teh 225 thing on fir i went down and did one set of 5 on bench then through the second set threw the head up and left cos i felt like shit. gonna start my cycle again on monday and might give it a pop then tho ill see. def wanna do it before the 1st june.
Also my shoulders and tris in particular are strong. maybe this helps me on the inclines.

i scrapped seated shoulder presses a long time ago, but lately i'm taking 155 for sets of 6-ish on standing militaries, collarbone to short of lockout. seated DB press i've moved the 100s for a set of 3, but oddly the 95s are a very doable set of 7.

to failure with no leg drive from collar bone to lockout i could possibly get 13-14

I'll warm-up with the 65's for 12 reps. 2 sets.
My first set is with the 105's. 10 reps.
Next set is the 125's. 10 reps.
Last set is usually 140's for 6-7 reps.
Done.

You will likely never have shoulder problems from doing too much weight.
Believe me, you'd rather have a knee replacement than a shoulder prob.

lol I already have some problems with my right front shoulder. Rest and good form keeps it fine.
I find db presses to be safer, but my chest responds more to the incline bar movement than any other. :-\
I want to be able to press the 120's some day CLEAN.

lol, huh, I have already been challenged on other claims that sounded rediculouse and I have triumphed, posted videos on you tube too even held up a sign saying ONETIMEHARD, but now I'll be a little smarter- I'll make a wage on the side.
When I posted a video, people made fun of my hair, my belt, told me I had no lfe , one guy said i was pasting around my kitchen and accused me of drinking a 24 and f--up on coke, but of course I also got a hundred compliments.

Unsure of that....but it does hit upper pec better, and is actually a more thorough, overall pec builder than flats.
