90's for 3 sets.
75 -80s for 8-10 reps but going down cause of diet
i incline 30 lb dumbeells for 2 sets of 5 and call it good cuz that really frys them
you must have awesome mind muscle connections
i have a spotter help me on the last 4 reps of each set cuz without the help i feel mostly in the delts
36 kg (80 lbs) for 8-12. Benches are often taken and I hate to wait.
