Title: Ascension diet to be updated till i get it right

this means im losing fat at a high rate MOST OF ALL and or pretty lean. im not producing alot of heat, im reaching a fatless non insulated state.

a few things that make heat

junk carbs
junk fats like pb but still better than grains
working out
cholesterol the more eggs you eat the warmer you feel

the reason is because ive only had three whole eggs today because i wanted to indulge yesterday or i simply felt like eating a half jar of pb and mixing honey in it. it was so damn good

so in order for damage control i only allowed myself 3 eggs thus far , for heat production. ive had about 3 bananas 1 grapefruit and a serving of raspberries. i worked for about 5 hours and have done 40 pullups and 30 dips.

i had a hard as hell workout the past 4 days in a row. and thats usually how a streak of hard workouts end up with usually overating on something fairly useful like pb and honey. so today im taking it easy thus far, but i wont rule out me getting involved in a hardcore workout after i smoke this weed however, sometimes it can make or break ya, sometimes its worthless sometimes its just something to do when your left with nothing to do and need something to help stimulate a thought or action.

anyways just trying help out those with the ascension. those who listen. this is not for everyone. i feel as if im having to take a sort of leadership role and have to guide people, i dont know what else to do, i dont want to bang secondary hoes before the dream of ultra master is fully fulfilled, kinda like eating the cake before it is fully cooked -just not quite perfect yet , that would be selling myself short, but i am tall and have big shoes to fill and must seek out the perfect potential. even as a master i still have to right things down and keep track as questions, im glad my creater has built in these daily/questions/mysteries in it for me , keeping me safe, and not totally bored although slightly bored. but bordness comes to pass then i drink that coffe, eat a banana, smoke weed or drink water, then all of a sudden my negative mood goes positive just like that. and the banana or grapefruit is the best low calorie source to cure hunger and is always my first choice, second would be eggs,. my third choice is a distant third like peanutbutter and raw honey (perhaps once every 3-4 days)

day 1i cycle my egg intake starting at a low point 3-9 eggs on day one (moderate physical activity)
day 2 , 9-12 eggs  (perhaps the same or more physical activity)
day 3 12-18 eggs ( same or more)
day 4 perhaps reaching a peak sometimes this can be up to 30-35 eggs i used to go as high as 40 but that was too much or + a half a jar of peanutbutter
then day 1 again back down to 3-9

i cycle the egg intake because the body will be its warmest after a pig out or super high calorie day.. so in order to even things out, a highcalorie day must be followed by a lowcalorie day or low egg day.

the reason why i increase the eggs is because of a natural increase in hunger, plus a natural body temperature and heat requirment demands are increased internally as one loses fat externally. remember homeostasis, you abide by its rules or you epic fail. you simply cannot eat some anorexic diet and expect to get ripped, already tried lol, it dont work you sleep too much

remember the bananas and grapefruit are the constants, i eat a fruit per 50 reps , usually no more or no less

if you are super on point with the diet you will feel sleepier earlier at night, the body will require more rest. so its natural to want to sleep more, its okay youll still be ripped and more ripped when you wake up. this was a hard thing for me to conquer personally because if i felt i slept too much then i was wasting too much but this isnt really the case. remember if you are bored and feel like sleeping EAT A BANANA or 2 and see if you cant knock out 50 pushups or 100 situps, its just that easy.. remember a banana is only 80-100 calories and if its frozen its probably even less because cold makes the body work harder. and doing a bodyweight squat for one rep already burns like 1-2 calories a rep, get creative, be creative.

also if you do wish to do cardio , you lose fat and water very fast rate, and could get sleepy easily even if its early in the day. so take this into consideration. i do cardio but i dont want my cardio to burn me out too much to where i sleep the night or day away. no need to overdue it on this diet, just follow the ratios and reps and cycling

never just puff weed, you have to inhale it like its the last bit of carbon you will ever get. i hate when people waste weed and just puff it out. a few well held hits should do the trick

70 degrees is pretty chilly.  Usually in FL we keep the thermostat set at 75 all day long.

I remember one time I made this big ass pipe in art class way back in the day. We drove up this mountain with my bros in the middle of the wind storm. We packed this massive bowl, got it started in the car and then stood at the lip of a ravine as the wind screamed past us. We took toke after toke and the ice cold mountain air mixed with the red hot weed smoke literally made my brain feel like it was filled with burning blue ice fire.

I've never smoked weed in my life.  But last night, I'm playing a show, and as usual, there are people outside toking away, as is the norm at just about any bar. 

One of them takes a deep hit and says longingly to his brother-in-blaze, "I feel sorry for people that don't smoke weed- they're missing out on the good side of life".

is this true, getbig brethren of the green ilk?

at a higher bodyfat 55-60 was easy to bear in my house. bodyfat makes a huge difference for the natural trying to stay warm . cholesterol definitly warms you up fast though.

Man when I saw "Lord of the Rings" on come killer green, I thought I was gonna have a stroke, so maybe it's a mixed bag. These days I usually stick with the brewskis.

well, I hate cigarette smoke, for one.  I wear contacts and really dislike it, so smoking anything isn't that appealing.  Also the idea of smoking something unfiltered, I'm a little nervous about lung cancer.

you literall have me laughing out loud 240.    weed is not for everyone. i wil tell you that. but try it out and see for yourself if your interested.  you might hate it you might love it.

lol...personally i go in cycles..   ill hate it, then ill eat some shrooms and ill love i for a while, then i start to hate it, then i eat some shroooms and i love it again. after a while i hate it..then i eat some shrooms....ect..   lol..  ;D

When I have the urge to get fcked up and relax, liquor always works.  I suppose it's possible that alcohol damages the body worse than weed does.  I'll have a few drinks once a month or so when I'm in the mood.  I have family members and friends who are everyday pot smokers... they cannot function without it.

75 is okay for daytime, but we have ours programmed to go down to 70 at 9pm.  75 is too warm to sleep comfortably.

also i notice im letting myself nap more instead of always trying to push through any lethargy like ive done in the past via with more food more weed or more caffiene, best to just nap it off wake up with a ton of energy 15 min to an hour whatever you feel like doing, always better than eating a half jar of peanutbutter our of lethargy, i beleive this happens to many of us.

the cool thing about a nap is you are always motivated when you wake up , best thing to do is go for a frozen banana then do 150 reps of bodyweight squats even 200 if you are up for it. naps help you recover and make up errors, for example if you eat 2 bananas and do nothing then take a nap , that = an error. when you wake and have another banana that is a 3 banana error , but you feel much more able to burn it off then you did before the nap :) and its not hard at all to do those squats or pushups, work whatever you want

I switched to decaf coffee and feels wonderful not depending on a cup of caffeine to get you going in the morning....I still drink Coke Zero until i find the brand that is decaf...Have not run accross it yet...

bitter coffee flushes the spleen out. this is good for immune and seretonin function, but if you dont want it dont do it, but that is a fact about coffee, its not for everyone

How is your energy level and ability to focus on complex tasks for long periods without breaks now that you are living caffeine-free? Improved compared to your caffeinated days?

I think diet aside, what is probably going on is your reptilian side is really starting to take hold...Evolution in progress...And with Reptilians being cold blooded, its natural that you will have to adjust to the temp/changes...

yeah its like everyday i feel the need to make an adjustment or tweak something, a new question arises ect..im certainly being guided into makeing these changes, either by the force of weather, or the voices in my head wich are simply the combination chromosomes from a human genetic line unknown to me

focus is a lot better.  I'm working faster and getting done earlier each day. 

the biggest difference is ability to breathe clearer.  I can run, lift, and any other activity with a lot more stamina now.  caffeine constricts oxygen flow, I definitely see that.

cutting caff in the Am was easy compared to the afternoon.  For the last 4 years, there was a 200 mg yellow pill at 3 pm every day.  now, every day at 3:30, I want a nap.  it goes away with a little fruit juice for sugar.

drinking and a high cholesterol diet do not mix either

i noticed i get monster zits if i try drinking on this perfect diet.

but weed doesnt do anything bad to me. i shined a light in my mouth to the back of my throat i showed no signs of bad airways

i also brushed my teeth today they looked pretty good :)

I agree Johnny I shiver when  it's too cold due to low bodyfat. Did you floss to, flossing can be a good forearm developer.

i dont care how white your teeth are

if you want vag

go out and buy ultra white and night white by crest they are kinda expensive but they work like a mother fucker also buy pre-brush whitening mouth wash and a cleaning mouth wash  for after wards...  you can scrape your teeth with finger nails to smooth them out too for more shiny

ddue i did this for like one month while getting cut u p  last summer and i will tell you i do not regret it one bit my friend not one bit

yeah marijuana has been shown to not cause lung cancer.  But I can see why you wouldn't want to smoke.  There are plenty of other ways to absorb the drug though.

Interesting.  I've been a caffeine junkie for as long as I can remember.  What made you decide to eliminate caffeine?  How long before you started seeing positive benefits?

Interesting.  I've been a caffeine junkie for as long as I can remember.  What made you decide to eliminate caffeine?  How long before you started seeing positive benefits? 

Caffeine dulls appetite, causes dehydration, increases the levels of cAMP in the heart cells, and my doctor told me that is is a 'constrictor' which reduces total volume of blood that comes to heart.

I was taking 400mg of yellow pill, and maybe 1 2-liter of diet soda every day, for about 4 years nonstop. 

I started seeing positive effects about a week after I got off it.  I gained a little weight, possibly because I'd been curbing water and in a state of slight dehydration for 4 years.  My cardio, running, sex stamina shot up greatly.  I just don't tire when I do cardio anymore.  I stop at 30 mintues because I don't want to get skinny, but I'm not tired.

I started by just chistling down those yellow pills.  1 (200 mg) pill in the AM suddenly became 150 mg.  Then after 2 days I would cut the nighttime pill to 150.  2 more days, cut the AM to 100 mg.  It took probably 3 weeks to cut it completely.  With soda, I cut down too, adding more and more ice to cups until it was 10 ice cubes and a splash of soda, then I just gave up on it.

I'd recommend it STRONGLY to anyone who wants to improve quality of life, seriously.  I sleep, think, dream, and breathe better.  Caffeine feels fcking awesome, but you live better without it.

I know that lack of energy, and it's part of why I cut it out.  I'm about to turn 32, and heart disease is in my family.  I figure the more blood reaches the heart, the better.   I'd try it if I were you.  Nothing to lose.  Withdrawl sucks, that dull headache for a few days.  By the end, I was chistling down the pills to very very small fractions, just for the psychological effects.  


I know the magazines espouse the greatness of caffeine, and coincidentally most of their workout supplements contain it.  And yeah, 90% of Americans use some form of caffeine daily.  Most workplaces have it because conicidentally, workers are more efficient when amped up on it.  I am never going back to it.  I just breathe so much better now, and I simply don't get tired anymore, doing anything.

I drink coffee, not yellow pills, so tapering down might be trickier, but I may give it a shot.

update....

ok eggs without a doubt give me the veins look. of course i can have too much and not lose fat. and too little and get cold chills

for carbs like bananas , honey, and grapefruit work very well, meaning when i eat them i can knock out 50 reps doing something. on average i probably get about 400-500 reps

the thing is when im dead ass tired from work it messes all things up, for one i tend to still eat alot of fruit in the evening, and dont have the energy to workout and end up sleeping 10 hours. but i feel great the next day though but dont look as ripped

anyways the first day i added the bananas and extra repetitions i seemed to lost a whole level of bodyfat and kept it off. like the recent pics i showed, like a nice thin layer of bodyfat was lost. i thought it was simply do to more repetitions ect...

well the past 3 or 4 days ive done the exact same thing but no real noticable loss like that first day

so im thinking perhaps dropping the bananas just for the time being and replacing with more eggs, im guessing i would have less energy to workout though, but i would get more 'veined up' look. i really want to eat peanutbutter but that shit is like worthless for fatloss , like two big ass spoon fulls is like well over 500 calories of just energy of not the best quality like bananas wich is easier to burn of calorie for calorie. but im gonna stay away from the pb. tommorrow i just may eat a ton of eggs and see how it goes, or i might give this banana thing a few more days to play out, my egg count is fairly low 10-15 a day ( so i can get some benefit from the cholesterol but not too much to where i dont have a calorie deficit) im eating plenty of fruit and burning it off

man fuck disregard this entire post,

im just going to stick with the original plan and wait this out. my body will probably only lose fat slowly or even slower at this point. but even that to me doesnt sound right. meaning it should be burning off x amount of excess weight each day if 'inside' the bodys strores  of (fat, glucose, cholesterol) is being fed properly, perhaps ill need a few more days to give a conclusive answer, as to decidding whether to make changes

at least im not getting any fatter so that is a definite plus!

dude i never even typed the word macadamian nuts. i think i was talking about these dryed demante soy beans wich are fairly tasty...

but peanutbutter is near impossible to control, perhaps im letting my bad habits get the best of me when there is a half jar of pb in the fridge its so tempting to kill it in a couple days.

actually id say pb is better for your than bananas but the thing is that pb energy sometimes will put me to sleep cause its too heavy on the body, and its hard to stop eatin it if your hungry. its a control issue with pb, its very acidic too so that may have something to do with it, its dead and cooked while a banana is alive

i havent done cardio in a few days but i simply do mini workouts pushups/squats/ multiple times over and refuel with fruit

yes just 15 eggs are my protien

also my strenght is the EXACT same

i always do a strength test for reps with one arm rows for reps or chins. so far i havent lost anything

although i am much stronger for reps on both exercises at a higher bodyfat, WICH SUX cause i aint tryin to put on FAT!

those eggs are keeping your muscle on you.. your theory on cholestrol is actually backed up by science too dude.   in fact mothers breast milk is very dense with cholestrol to give new born babies a big boost in hormones so they GROW !     i know what you mean about the peanut butter. lol..in mid february i  downed an entire big ass jar of peanut butter three nigths in a row ! hahaha. talk about a "transformation" !

maybe you should try getting some oils dude. lik extra virgin olive oil. those natural monounsatuarated fats are supreme sources of energy and that will help you lean out immensly.   


you should check out the anabolic diet by mario di pasquale.. you can just go all eggs and oils  during the week then like all bananas and honey on the weekends..

i really hate olive oil its so freakin nasty. i gotta have foods that i like to eat on a 'diet'/regular eating plan i like looking good year round and might aswell strive to be top condition year round, dieting is silly because 'dieters' or 'bodybuilders' always regain after a diet, so there diets are stupid if i puts back on weight right?

thats why you see guys on protien diets that can get shredded but really lose the conditioning bad after contest like one day they blow up with all this water weight. then proceed to 'prove' them selves 'worthy' on get big by 'only' posting there contest pics lol like many of the old timers on this board do, as if to 'feel' young and inshape. hell i still cant outdo my fathers conditioning hes not very big but stays super ripped year round, but eats a routine 3 meals a day and one or two fruit or icecream snacks, hell have a bowl of cereal in the morning, a balanced meal for lunch usually something like butter beans, peas, veggies, peice of cake or meat, for dinner have about the same choices  and if hes had too much during the day hell probably have one fruit. and he owns me and practically all of getbig in conditionig lol

its easy to stick to fruits and eggs because both foods are tasty and dont fatten you up.

for a month this witer i did a cool diet where at every meal i had a protein sourceee, and the abou a pound of various chopped fresh raw fibrous veggies.     very awesome way to diet, after the meal the thermic effect is MONSTROUs and you can literally feel your body "popping" fat .. well it feels more like the fat is "imploding" lol, but its cool.   pretty quick fat loss. carb load every fifth day. some fats at night.
