I remember when I weighed 153. 5th grade was tough.
Just F-ing w'ya. Nice shape. Good conditioning. That frame can hold some quality muscle. IMO.

No Anthony Falcon, this diet is what I follow the grapefruit keeps me cleansed, the eggs are natural, the bananas for fuel

It's the diet brother! 7 bananas for breakfest, 3 grapefruits for lunch, 12 eggs preworkout, 8.5 bananas post workout, 11 eggs while I'm soaking in the tub (the shells are a great exfoliator) and 2 grapefruits at 1:00 a.m.

that is 3000 cals without counting the eggs

When you crave something you should have it. Just keep your calories where they should be at and include veggies and protein sources.

Falcon you are looking lean and hard. Not bad muscle shape either.
Try doing some kind of inclide DB work and push the hands close at the top to add fullness to the upper pecs. Some kind of heavy dips might alos thicken the overall tricpes.

How on Earth are you able to fuck SIX GRAPEFRUITS a day? I topped out at four, and that was with Viagra and Encyte for longer-lasting erections. And when you stick the bananas up your ass, is it more effective to jam two up there at once because again, FIFTEEN BANANAS per day is forcing me to budget out money for Preparation H and Tucks Pads. Still haven't figured out what the point is of the eggs.

I hope you're kidding about 23 eggs/day. One or two egg (yolks) a day isn't gonna make a dent in your arteries, but two dozen will have you dead by 30. :'(

Low egg day barely made it through today. Rotating my grapefruits for the weekend, the bananas are doing the trick for energy though.

This seems like a good diet but I'm guessing it takes a lot of veggies to get sufficient fiber, yes?
