Piss on the DB rack, during busy hours.....

Offer to train other members for $.

Bend a bar.

That's one option.

By the way everyone, don't ever join a "rush" gym.

Absolutely. I got sick of spending money on a Ballys membership I never used so I had my title guy write me a fake document saying I had moved 35 miles away(different rules around here). No questions asked, took me 5 minutes. No cancellation fee either.

Most contracts have an out clause... Just match the clause.

Do you still have the contract? Get a lawyer to look over it and find a loop hole.

a few hundred bucks to a lawyer could be worth it in the long run.

dude just forge a utility document or something and fax it over to billing tell them you moved out of state, find a state without that gym.

if that does not work keep working out there, and when you go to pee in the urinal always pee beside it instead of in it, sooner or later they will know it's you, and sooner or later they will kick you out, but then you turn around and sue their asses cause you have an eye injury, just forge an eye glass prescription ro something and fax it to their CEO.

call the bank.  tell them you lost your check card.  They'll mail you a new one.  Your gym can no longer bill this card.

If they go after your credit, slip and fall on their property.

Have an epileptic fit in the squat rack.... (pant shitting wins extra credibility points)

Come in a couple of days later, apologise for any inconvenience caused and tell them you're doctor has diagnosed you with temporal lobe epilepsy but cleared you to start working out again... so long as their insurance covers them for diagnosed epileptics suffering grand mal seizures (remind them that not every gym does).

Ask them to let you know as soon as they check with their insurance carrier.

Two days later you'll get a polite call canceling your contract (you might even be refunded for your last couple of months).

I have personally seen this work even without the drama of faking a seizure on the weights floor.

A contract can be made legally, orally of through conduct. It is legally binding i can assure you.

It is legally binding.

That is like saying, Kobe bryant signed a contract but wants to move...it should be ok its only basketball not a morgate.

That gets you kicked out for misconduct in the gym.  That doesn't void the contract.

Like I said the easiest is to get a doctor (and there are several on here, you know it's Getbig) note saying you can no longer train due to injury.  Moving away does not get you out of the contract unless it is specified.  Independent clubs almost never have that clause.  Franchises may have it and it is usually 50 miles or so.
