Dumbass.
Im not the one who joined the wrong gym and doesnt know how to get out of it so comes to a bodybuilding board for legal advice.
you signed a contract...thats legal.
You are asking how to get out of a legally binding contract...i think you are.
No, me and jackass are just good friends.
We are talking about a gym membership. Not a loan.
'Mark Kerr'is a wussy
A contract can be made legally, orally of through conduct. It is legally binding i can assure you.It is legally binding. That is like saying, Kobe bryant signed a contract but wants to move...it should be ok its only basketball not a morgate.
Hey Genius, I'm not asking for legal advice.
Are you a dick? How can you join the wrong gym???
taking a piss on the DB rack is probably faster
That gets you kicked out for misconduct in the gym. That doesn't void the contract. Like I said the easiest is to get a doctor (and there are several on here, you know it's Getbig) note saying you can no longer train due to injury. Moving away does not get you out of the contract unless it is specified. Independent clubs almost never have that clause. Franchises may have it and it is usually 50 miles or so.
go up to the front counter and in your best "alligator hunter" accent, yell " 'ello mate, i'm looking for some black anaconda around here, i am i am!!!" then randomly grab black dudes balls when they walk by. that should do it.
We're not supposed to do that?
i don't know, i don't work out.
So, you are saying a $26.00 per month membership at a local gym is the same as a multi million dollar per year sports contract?
In the sense that both are enforceable by law. Yes.Prob has a cancellation clause...prob 3/4 or more of membership. Stop being a dick in future and dont sign a contract then change mind the next day
Nice avatar...for some reason i've always thought you were straight. That's sure a disappointment.
the only dumbass is the one who started this thread
What do you mean?
