Has lowered bf from 8% to 5% in 2 months, and gfained 8 pounds, for a great muscle gaim.
Started him on creatine one month ago, prob holding water.

I have a plastic 'Fatometer'=cost $10
I have 2 'Skyndex' Calipers =cost $750 each
I have a Futrex
Infrared Spectrophotometer=cost $3,000
The cost does not matter, but I used all 4 in measuring himn, and I took the average which was 5%.
Anyway, I used the same instruemnsta dn technnique at first measurement, so, if the numbers are not correct, at least the change is, which is what counts.
Anyway, he sure does look ripped.

NOT if you don't have a lot of muscle to shred up...think about that. Appearances is vastly effected by cuts with more muscle.
Like I said, I measured him carefully, he doesn't certainly yave pro level muscularity obviously.....so his bodyfat is quite low.

A great deal of suspicion and contradiction surrounds Moosejay's lifestyle. He lives in a world that differs from the norm.
Moosejay has never been able to establish long term relationships. He continues to hammer home his alleged heterosexuality yet has spent a good part of his personal and professional life immersed solely in male company.
Moose speaks passionately about his resistance to marriage. He rationalizes this thought process by eluding to his desperate need for independence. However, it is obvious to all that he is covering-up something far deeper and far more sinister!
Like many Getbiggers, i feel scared and horrified by Moosjay's acquaintances. Surely, his sister and other family members must see this red-flag!
Moosey, recoiled back under the rock he came from when parts of his life were revealed on the boards. I just hope the people he has been 'coaching' have not met with any disturbing 'Moosey-home-truths'.

There are great similarities here with "Dr" Columbo. Both have experienced sordid attention to their genitalia from men in positions of power at a young age. Franco got over it, married and is now fairly normal. Moosejay unfortunately may be a lost cause.
