Absoultely true. I believe Ronnie Coleman himself said the most he was ever eating was between 600-700 grams a day. Then Chad Nicholls told him to cut it back as that was too much. A kilo of protein is absoultely redicilious. Forget kidney function, that much is just a waste and a lot of extra calories.

About Protein intake, i saw many cases. Some eat like beast, other eat ridiculous amount and still look like beast.
About natural or juicers, I think 2 points of view exists.
1, We(natural) need more protein than Juicers because of our muscle breaking down is more severe.
2,We(natural) dont need that much because we are not that anabolic like Juicers.
You guys are saying No2 is correct.
But I dont know which is correct.
If my body dont absorb this big amount of protein, my muscle would have stayed same size.
But every week i am growing, and not only Paco, but also my gym mates are all surprised at my changing.
Thus I agree with the major opinion of you guys saying that my protein intake is far beyond limit.
But, from this experience, i want to insist that our capacity of absorption of protein is larger than we believe.
And I am watching out my GPT and GOT. And everything is OK in my blood.
As I said before, when i did first and last one cycle in 1993, my GPT and GOT went up sky high crazy like hepatitis IN SPITE OF EATING MUCH LOWER PROTEIN THAN NOW.
So, if you train naturaly, you had better open your mind and getting rid of the common sence that many peole say.
But dont get me wrong, I am not insisting that my diet is correct.
Just I want to say that BBing diet is much more profund than we think.

hahahahahhaa, that's nowhere near 1000 grams of protein, i'll gaurantee you're BARELY getting 500 grams and i'll also gaurantee you're drastically overestimating how much protein you're getting from the shakes.
I put this diet on this board before and some people told me that this is 4g-5g/lbs.
So thats why i put 10g.

If you read beyond the abstract, you will notice that nowhere in the review is anything near 1,000 grams per day mentioned. The regression graph only goes to about 100, and none of the citations in the paper are even at 500 grams per day.
We're talking about the equivalent of 40+ scoops of whey.

In all honesty it doesn't faze me,it's just the internet.
unless I'm looking on the nutrition or training board for some advise I just take everything else here for laughs.people can slam me and I will just laugh.if people fall for QO's shots that their own fault.
the only thing that ever gets me mad is when people personal lives get exposed.but then again when it's someone's like Scott Markey or that wrestler dude I laugh...so I have no reason to say anything.

I take something that has enzymes for lactose breakdown so there's no insane pooping.

Very nice productive thread about my diet(Seriously).
About Protein intake, i saw many cases. Some eat like beast, other eat ridiculous amount and still look like beast.
About natural or juicers, I think 2 points of view exists.
1, We(natural) need more protein than Juicers because of our muscle breaking down is more severe.
2,We(natural) dont need that much because we are not that anabolic like Juicers.
You guys are saying No2 is correct.
But I dont know which is correct.
If my body dont absorb this big amount of protein, my muscle would have stayed same size.
But every week i am growing, and not only Paco, but also my gym mates are all surprised at my changing.
Thus I agree with the major opinion of you guys saying that my protein intake is far beyond limit.
But, from this experience, i want to insist that our capacity of absorption of protein is larger than we believe.
And I am watching out my GPT and GOT. And everything is OK in my blood.
As I said before, when i did first and last one cycle in 1993, my GPT and GOT went up sky high crazy like hepatitis IN SPITE OF EATING MUCH LOWER PROTEIN THAN NOW.
So, if you train naturaly, you had better open your mind and getting rid of the common sence that many peole say.
But dont get me wrong, I am not insisting that my diet is correct.
Just I want to say that BBing diet is much more profund than we think.
Your diet is correct, if it's helping you get the size and strength gains you seelk.
