Very nice productive thread about my diet(Seriously).
About Protein intake, i saw many cases. Some eat like beast, other eat ridiculous amount and still look like beast.
About natural or juicers, I think 2 points of view exists.
1, We(natural) need more protein than Juicers because of our muscle breaking down is more severe.
2,We(natural) dont need that much because we are not that anabolic like Juicers.
You guys are saying No2 is correct.
But I dont know which is correct.
If my body dont absorb this big amount of protein, my muscle would have stayed same size.
But every week i am growing, and not only Paco, but also my gym mates are all surprised at my changing.
Thus I agree with the major opinion of you guys saying that my protein intake is far beyond limit.
But, from this experience, i want to insist that our capacity of absorption of protein is larger than we believe.
And I am watching out my GPT and GOT. And everything is OK in my blood.
As I said before, when i did first and last one cycle in 1993, my GPT and GOT went up sky high crazy like hepatitis IN SPITE OF EATING MUCH LOWER PROTEIN THAN NOW.
So, if you train naturaly, you had better open your mind and getting rid of the common sence that many peole say.
But dont get me wrong, I am not insisting that my diet is correct.
Just I want to say that BBing diet is much more profund than we think.
