What's the max (30-40gs) the body can absorb...as far as grams of protein per serving? 15gs of fat is pretty high that's like adding a Snicker to the mix.

'Struth. One scoop; at max, scoop and a bit. Plus, add some carbs: oats; fresh fruit - strawberries, blueberries, bananas, half-a-grapefuit, etc. Then add just some water. Presto: smoothie!

well where im from lowfat milk is with less than 0.1 grams of fat/ 100 ml

drink about 10 of those a day and you should have some lean mass

It's just a every day standard mostly cheap whey concentrate with a small amount of more expensive whey isolate. Get a good pure whey isolate and pay the extra $ for it.

Skim milk is typically referred to as "fat free", not low fat, at least any time I've heard of it. Looks like you're using maybe 1%.

A "good shake" for what purpose Stark?
I thought you were dieting these days? You should be filling your gut with calorie sparse foods. Liquids are a good way to get in extra cals and protein when you don't feel like eating. If you're dieting, you should be looking foreward to your next meal all the time.
PS - Swede, lose the facial hair amigo. JMHO.

Nico you are using Semi-Skimmed Milk not Skimmed Milk.
Switch to Golden Vale "Slim Milk" which is fully skimmed milk! Then horse back that drink!
