We havent had one of these threads in a couple weeks so i thought id start another one :)
So far today Ive had.
1. Protein Shake
2. Steak and veggies
3. Chicken Salad with olive oil and vinegar
Anybody else?

5:00am - Sprouted Wheat Bagel, Coffee
8:00am - Egg Sandwich with 12 grain bread, 3 eggs, Miracle whip light, 1 cup strawberry kefir
12:30pm - Chicken, Brown rice, Sauteed Zuccini with mushrooms and onions, handful of cheez-it's ;D
Going to the driving range now for 2 hours, I'll have golf course food.

I live in Ontario and am doing a regional event and if all goes as planned will step up to the nationals for 09, won my local show (overall) as a light heavy in April 07 and took the time off to get things down pat, will be a heavy this time around. ready to go now, looking to turn pro very shorlty.

i had kids aged 2,4,5 most of the day, from 7 am til 9 pm.
i ate about 700 calories total, snacking on mac n cheese and toast while cleaning up crappy diapers and stopping them from hitting each other.
Still, best day ever :)

As much as I would like to open more cans of whoop ass with an aging has-been "also ran" bodybuilding shmoe, I have spent the better part of the last 3 months under medical supervision and just don't have the energy right now.
Long story short, I recently came down with a blood disorder that is preventing metabolism of triglycerides. My triglyceride levels were over 4300 and nearly stopped my bloodflow completely. I am also diabetic and am taking lantus, humalog, and metformin.
I did however find out that my LDL is at 47, which is extremely healthy, and my doctor said that my committment to regular exersize is probably what saved my ass because my blood vessels are larger than the average non-exersizing person.
Now I have new challenges to improve my condition and have to make major changes to my lifestyle to stay healthy. I can no longer drink any alcohol, and have a very restrictive diet that I have to follow. I am still #260, and once I am cleared for more strenuous cardiovascular exersize I will be dropping down to about 200 lbs.
Today so far I have eaten some fruit salad.
