I don't think I've every seen a 250 lbs + bodybuilder do full ROM on pull ups other than Victor Martinez. It was funny seeing Jay and Nasser try to do them in their training videos.

lee haney was 260 in one of his videos and he did them with ty ropeman with good form.
the point most are making is take 10 guys who arent enhanced and let them use bad form and see how much results they would get.

Using good form will drop you down about 50lbs in most lifts. Wolf did 3 fucking pull ups! LOL. Haha. Someone with REAL strength and not bloated drug muscle should be able to do 10. If you can't do your bodyweight in pull ups you're pretty fucking weak. For as BIG as these pros are they should be able to do atleast 10 pull ups. I've worked hard on my form and those squats are ass to calves no bullshit. You can hate all you want. I'm proud of the accomplishments I've made and where I'm going and for the most part drug free. Wolf is all drugs and genetics. For as big as he is he should be able to do atleast 10 reps of chins. Pros are fucking weak nowadays plain and simple! Look at Levrone. He shrunk down to a limp dick who probably can't bench two plates.
P.S. I'm the tallest guy in my gym. Only one other dude I know of that is my height. You don't see too many bodybuilders at my height and I sure as fuck don't see them squatting regularly if they do at all.

the truth is there is no need to do full range of motion 90 percent of the time...You do half reps and pick up the other half of the movement on a different exercise either in that workout, or the next one...Working out is now just a third of the equation...

Fucking excuse! There are MANY STRONG! Tall guys, actually the strongest that I know with raw bench of ~550 , deadlift of about 700 and similar squat are all TALL, very tall in the 6'5+.
Maybe tall guys aren't the optimal for powerlifting but the excuse of I'm tall so I'm weak is WAYYY TOO OLD.
But I guess that in your mind someone that trains light before a contest is a pussy just because he does his chins like he like to do them ::)

A muscle doesn't fully contract with partial reps. You can debate that all you want but it's physiological fact. If you want to argue that partial reps are just as efficient at stimulating muscle hypertrophy as full range of motion reps than say that. But you're still wrong. It's always better to trian a muscle through it's full range of motion. Not just for hypertrophy purposes but for neural recruitment purposes as well........in your kindergarten terms......REAL STRENGTH production. Someone who moves a 400 lb bench 12 inches will always be stronger than someone who only moves it 6 inches. Physiology aside it's basic physics genius.

I've heard rumors or some people staying up for 3 days straight and then hitting the whole body on the third day to 90% to 100% failure and then sleeping for 8 hours, eat repeat etc...
There are some really "different " shit out there that hasn't been studied...

Most of what pros do is a hodge podge of this and that. And the only reason it appears to work so well is because of drugs and genetics. If you put a drug free, genetically average trainee on Dennis Wolf's training regime they would make no progress and overtrain eventually.
