I don't think I've every seen a 250 lbs + bodybuilder do full ROM on pull ups other than Victor Martinez.  It was funny seeing Jay and Nasser try to do them in their training videos.

lee haney was 260 in one of his videos and he did them with ty ropeman with good form.
the point most are making is take 10 guys who arent enhanced and let them use bad form and see how much results they would get.

And you wonder why so many pros have injuries all the time?  the drugs combined with using more weight than their shitty form and handle.  Form is everything.  Using good form will drop you down about 50lbs in most lifts.  Wolf did 3 fucking pull ups!  LOL.  Haha.  Someone with REAL strength and not bloated drug muscle should be able to do 10.  If you can't do your bodyweight in pull ups you're pretty fucking weak.  For as BIG as these pros are they should be able to do atleast 10 pull ups.  Pull ups is a sign of real strength regardless of size.

I used to do chins with 3+ plates on me...does that mean I was super strong? What about the fact that I cant do that now although I'm stronger on everything else?

Also, you seem to forget that Pro's have HUGE HUGE legs,delts,tri's and pecs that are all dead weight in chin ups.

First off dipshit those are for reps, not 1 rep maxes.  And I'll never be a big squatter nor a big bencher with my lanky ass arms and long legs.  I've worked hard on my form and those squats are ass to calves no bullshit.  You can hate all you want.  I'm proud of the accomplishments I've made and where I'm going and for the most part drug free.  Wolf is all drugs and genetics.   For as big as he is he should be able to do atleast 10 reps of chins.  Pros are fucking weak nowadays plain and simple!  Look at Levrone.  He shrunk down to a limp dick who probably can't bench two plates. 

P.S.  I'm the tallest guy in my gym.  Only one other dude I know of that is my height.  You don't see too many bodybuilders at my height and I sure as fuck don't see them squatting regularly if they do at all.

whats full range of motion is the question a guy who is 6'6" moves the barbell in the bench a full 42inches while the midget who move the bar 6inches who has better range of motion?  stimulating the muscle is not hard you make it hard so that you can get your training certificate and say its needed along with your physiology 101..........

Fucking excuse! There are MANY STRONG! Tall guys, actually the strongest that I know with raw bench of ~550 , deadlift of about 700 and similar squat are all TALL, very tall in the 6'5+.

Maybe tall guys aren't the optimal for powerlifting but the excuse of I'm tall so I'm weak is WAYYY TOO OLD.

But I guess that in your mind someone that trains light before a contest is a pussy just because he does his chins like he like to do them  ::)

No I train and diet according to people that actually know what the fuck they are talking about.  Lyle McDonald, Bryan Haycock and a host of other top training gurus that actually back up their methodologies with research, loads and loads of research.  Pros back up their training with drugs and genetics.

Its Genetics and how you genetically respond to the drugs...Period...

I could do preacher curls only 10 sets of 10 half reps and if my genetics respond better then most, i can build world class biceps by this movement alone

It may suck to hear this, but it is the truth...And guys like Palumbo have shown us all why having the shittiest genetics, don't always work out the best know matter what kind of drugs you take

Here is where you statement falls short...Most people on this board laugh at pro bodybuilders...We are not here to look like them...Bro these pros are a fcking mess...All i have been trying to say is you can train 1/2 reps one week and the other half the next...There really isn't any rules to this shit...To be honest, you can eliminate the 24 hour 7 days a week system that 99.9999999people live on and fill in the blank with anything to make the muscle grow...

I've heard rumors or some people staying up for 3 days straight and then hitting the whole body on the third day to 90% to 100% failure and then sleeping for 8 hours, eat repeat etc...

There are some really "different " shit out there that hasn't been studied...

Dude what the hell do you mean train "1/2 reps one week and the other 1/2 the next"?  LMAO!  That makes no sense.  Do you mean train partial reps one week and full reps the next?  If you are arguing that partial reps have their place in weight training than I would absolutely agree.  But if you say they are superior to full range reps or somehow better at growing muscle you are wrong.  Partial reps can serve a purpose for a variety of reasons.  But they sure as fuck aren't what's responsible for a Pros size.  For you to argue that just makes you look stupid.

I've also heard of people drinking their own urine for its supposed health benefits.  Does that mean I'm gonna do it?  And you're right "different shit hasn't been studied".  Most of what pros do is a hodge podge of this and that.  And the only reason it appears to work so well is because of drugs and genetics.  If you put a drug free, genetically average trainee on Dennis Wolf's training regime they would make no progress and overtrain eventually.
