Damn Dorian is a fucking badass. And he says that if he could do it all again he would go alot lighter during contest prep cause thats when all his injuries happened,
He wished someone told him to go lighter.

..and chris cormier called him out on it

Mark is not the strongest guy in the world, but he was busting his ass and doing exactly what Dorian told him to do. I don't really think I've benefited in my own training from having watched pro BB DVDs, but this was an aberration. Excellent footage.
