This was the best bodybuilding DVD I've ever seen.  Mark is not the strongest guy in the world, but he was busting his ass and doing exactly what Dorian told him to do.  I don't really think I've benefited in my own training from having watched pro BB DVDs, but this was an aberration.  Excellent footage.

Dugdale doesn't have anything on Big Bobs.  He's staying with Nasser right now and those two are hitting glutes up to two times a day.  HARDCORE.

A great DVD from Dorian/Dugdale. Its funny at the end when Dorian takes the piss out of Ronnies dvds
