I didn't diet, I love eating food, I love eatig alot of food, I TRIED to diet for GB3, but my body wanted food badly
for GB4 I'll have an extra 30 pounds of muscle and will be less than 4% bodyfat

Surprised to hear you recommend that. I would add at least 200-300g of carbs spread throughout the day for someone trying to make gains. I know you do a lot of research tho man, so why the carb restriction?

I'm guessing this is one of those situations where just because a little bit is good, it doesn't mean a lot is great. Seems reasonable to me that once sufficient material has been supplied for hormone production, that's it. Adding more won't yield any further hormonal benefit. I'm just guessing tho.
Besides, I find my intensity in the gym and overall energy levels suffer on low carbs. Don't have any prob restricting carbs for fat loss, but it's not how I'd bulk. Candi knows some shit tho, so I'm interested to hear his reasoning.

Start eating properly, training heavy(with a full range of motion, none of this 1/4 rep garbage) You need to have a larger muscle base before you diet down. Concentrate on putting on quality mass. 100grams of protein is not enough. 700 grams of carbs is too much. I don't care if you listen to me or not but this is the truth. You have effectively wasted the last year of training to diet down to a crap level of muscle. I hate to say it but you looked better in the bathtub than you did at GB3........Flame suit back on -

look at goudy - he lifts this way and is almost as tall as you and is a beast.
personally i disagree with the anabolic diet for you - if you eat 600 carbs a day and are still that thin - controlling insulin is not a problem for your body. adding fat will make you fatter in this instance.

I'll try going up in protein
but lifting heavy is not for me, when I went volume I gained an inch in my arms in 2 weeks or so, then I switched to heavy weights 155 pound barbell curls, 250 pound tricep pushdowns
and I lost 2 inches in my arms ??? .......I can do pulldowns with the whole rack but my back aint as big as it is strong

you have to balance the weight to make it heavy enough that you keep the focus on the muscle, and not the tendons by using momentum.
i would start by just doing your normal 10 - 12 rep max and only do sets of 6. slowly increase reps each workout until you are doing sets of 8 then increase the weight and drop the reps back to 6. increase by 1 rep in each excercise every workout. this will allow you to get used to the lower reps, but still enable you to focus on the contraction. if you like do a pump set at the end of these heavy sets. i'm not making this shit up - its backs by science.

here let me explain something you clearly dont know
ever heard of ASP - Acylation Stimulating Protein.
Fat does make you fat, its the easiest macro nutrient to convert to bodyfat. Eating excess calories with fat = fat gain, and thanks to ASP sometimes a repartitioning effect is seen on maintenence calories leading to fat gain.
Candy you tried atkin while fat, it worked for you because your body had insulin issues, or you were eating too much. the high fat diet helped control you insulin spikes, or lower your overall calories due to being fuller or maybe both.
AXA is already skinny, despite eating 600-700 carbs a day - he clearly has no insulin issues, so top add fat would be wreckless imo.

there is no hormonal advantage to anything over 20% fat in the daily diet. If you were on atkins - your t3 levels will drop, insulin would drop, cortisol will rise. even using a tkd approach with pre/post carbs - it t3 would still be lower overall.

2-4 chicken breasts + rice or pasta = 45-90g
