personally i disagree with the anabolic diet for you - if you eat 600 carbs a day and are still that thin - controlling insulin is not a problem for your body. adding fat will make you fatter in this instance.
whoa where are you coming up with this ? 


here let me explain soemthing maybe you dont quite know


fats dont make you fat (without insulin its tough to store fat)

carbs dont make you fat ( de nova lipogensis is limited and carbs rarely go to fat )

fats + carbs make you fat ( in presence of elevcated insulin fats very very easily enter adipose)

anabolic diet is out of the window, I enjoy my food  ;D
anabolic diet has you eating something like 25-30 calories per lb.  its a whole lot of food. and its al proteisn fats and vegetables. you could eat all the steak, cheese, eggs, chicken, nuts, pork rinds, bacon, etc etc tha you want to.

No i eat tons. I only have one functioning kidney so i need to be careful as hel.

Normal day for me would be 6-7 meals at around 10, 12, 3, 5, 9, 11, 1am

Another ridiculous claim. First this 585 pounds squat bullshit and now this..

Do you honestly think anybody will believe that you can do 155lbs barbell curls ?
You'd be pretty strong in relation to your looks if you could even do a strict rep with 100 pounds.
If you're going to lie then at least make it somewhat believable..

you have to balance the weight to make it heavy enough that you keep the focus on the muscle, and not the tendons by using momentum.

i would start by just doing your normal 10 - 12 rep max and only do sets of 6. slowly increase reps each workout until you are doing sets of 8 then increase the weight and drop the reps back to 6. increase by 1 rep in each excercise every workout. this will allow you to get used to the lower reps, but still enable you to focus on the contraction. if you like do a pump set at the end of these heavy sets. i'm not making this shit up - its backs by science.

here let me explain something you clearly dont know

ever heard of ASP - Acylation Stimulating Protein.

Fat does make you fat, its the easiest macro nutrient to convert to bodyfat. Eating excess calories with fat = fat gain, and thanks to ASP sometimes a repartitioning effect is seen on maintenence calories leading to fat gain.

Candy you tried atkin while fat, it worked for you because your body had insulin issues, or you were eating too much. the high fat diet helped control you insulin spikes, or lower your overall calories due to being fuller or maybe both.

AXA is already skinny, despite eating 600-700 carbs a day - he clearly has no insulin issues, so top add fat would be wreckless imo.

your results are going to be dictated by test gh igf1 t3 insulin cortiosol.  for a natural body not using exogenous supps, its best to try to get these levels as good as possible

the diet i outlined brings the natural bb'er the best possible hormonal state


glucose pre during post workout. this elevates t3 insulin and lowers cortisol.

  high fat protein cholestrol the rest of the day. this elevates testsoteron gh igf1.

2 chicken breat
1 piece fish
6 eggs
1 protein drink

red meat on and off if you discount my girl

Done for the day.  Cant always get this done everyday because of schedule.

there is no hormonal advantage to anything over 20% fat in the daily diet. If you were on atkins - your t3 levels will drop, insulin would drop, cortisol will rise. even using a tkd approach with pre/post carbs - it t3 would still be lower overall.

2 chicken breats are around 50g

milk has 35g per 500ml

i eat 4 times a day

oats + protein powder = 90g

2-4 chicken breasts + rice or pasta = 45-90g

1 or 2 steaks + pasta or rice = 45-90g

protein shake = 90g

Then a chicken sandwich or fajita post workout is another 40g

Noi was giving an example of how easy it is to get close to 100g

Before i trian i just eat a few bananas and maybe a tiny choc bar. Rest has protein in there somewhere
