the only thing you have to do to get bigger is add more protein to your diet, and lift heavy (around 5-8 reps) full range reps.
look at goudy - he lifts this way and is almost as tall as you and is a beast.
personally i disagree with the anabolic diet for you - if you eat 600 carbs a day and are still that thin - controlling insulin is not a problem for your body. adding fat will make you fatter in this instance.
I'll try going up in protein
but lifting heavy is not for me, when I went volume I gained an inch in my arms in 2 weeks or so, then I switched to heavy weights 155 pound barbell curls, 250 pound tricep pushdowns
and I lost 2 inches in my arms

.......I can do pulldowns with the whole rack but my back aint as big as it is strong
