there is no hormonal advantage to anything over 20% fat in the daily diet.
anecdtoal evidence proves contrary

If you were on atkins - your t3 levels will drop, insulin would drop, cortisol will rise. even using a tkd approach with pre/post carbs - it t3 would still be lower overall.
well its NOT atkins diet. and in the diet i outlined t3 will be as high as possible , cortisol will never be elevated, and insulin will be on the ground for most of the day and sky high during workouts.

show me the studies that back up your claims.

fat increases test up to 20% of diet - there is no further advantage going higher.

any diet that lowers carb intake, will lower insulin and t3 levels, while increasing cortisol - this is scientific fact. even with carb ups with still occurs.

i havn't even touched on the drop in performance levels that occur with the low carb diet.

i was a big believer in tkd, however i could not deny i was losing strength. as soon as i added the carbs - BOOM, i was back to 10 lb dumbell curls in no time  ;D

175lbs by 31st July
