did you find that to be the case?

my friend, give any donkey some roids and it will be big.. what really counts is to build a decent body naturally.. for me i don't even take any supplements.. i tried creatine years ago and it gave me good power but made me a little bloated so i stopped using it.. i also tried some usa brands of amino acids but didn't see any real improvment so didn't buy them again.. i eat as good as i can and train 3 times a week,.. that all..

i am natural and i don't even take supplements.. i also don't train as serious as before when i was younger.. believe this or not it's up to you.. in the abs pics bob kindly posted i was 20 and 23 and during this time every year i was entering the yearly contest of my gym and because I was preparing myself naturally I was losing a lot of muscles while losing fats to be in shape.. now I am about to be 30 and don’t compete so I am not on a serious diet so don’t lose muscles as before.. still my abs looks very good ;D.. I always have it sharp whatever I eat, thank to the great Arab genetics :)

He is always respectful - despite terrible provocation - and articulate, intelligent and insightful. This is also true of SS. Both he and Bigbobs make superb bodybuilding related and Bigbobs is great friends with a truly great former IFBB pro. I think people flame bobs because they are a little jealous of his success, his mind and his eye for the lady.
