change of plan, going back to school so I prefered keeping my money cause I will work less in the next 3 years
I am training powerlifting style right now, I love it and I assume when I'll gain 100 lbs on all my lift I will be bigger at the same time

Well... i think it can help. It depends. This year im doing to do it in moderation. I will probably just carb up on something that is fat free and will absorb quickly like white rice. I might have a pancake breakfast. Im not sure yet. It depends how lean i can get. The junk loading usually works best when you are as lean as you can get which i wasn't last year. The junk load in 2007 however worked great and it took me about 24 hours of doing it before it really had any major effect because i was soo depleted. We will see how this year goes.

Meal 1: 2 scoops optimum nutrition pro complex whey with ice and splenda with 1 cup of oats
Meal 2: 2 tbsps gatorade and 1 scoop nectar whey isolate
Meal 3: 8oz turkey
Meal 4: meat veggies... etc
Basically just plain meat or meat and veggies until about 1 in the morning and then i have maybe a tablespoon of peanut butter if the calories are available. I try to change things every day. Last night i had a sirloin and some PB. On Saturdays i go up to 3000 calories and have lots of pancakes with syrup

Peanut M&M's are fine... as long as you meet your macro nutrient reqs and aren't going over your caloric limit.

It's so slight that it can easily be "fixed" with drugs. You can shrink it temporarily with drugs. However, the cells are there and will come back when the hormonal state allows it.

I like the supps during my morning and work outs because they digest quicker. On top of that they a delicious and you can make them taste like a milkshake with crushed ice. I love protein powders.
