Leafy, if you have not done so already, would you care to post your diet?
Well right now at this moment im eating about 1900 calories a day.
Meal 1: 2 scoops optimum nutrition pro complex whey with ice and splenda with 1 cup of oats
Meal 2: 2 tbsps gatorade and 1 scoop nectar whey isolate
Meal 3: 8oz turkey
Meal 4: meat veggies... etc
Basically just plain meat or meat and veggies until about 1 in the morning and then i have maybe a tablespoon of peanut butter if the calories are available. I try to change things every day. Last night i had a sirloin and some PB. On Saturdays i go up to 3000 calories and have lots of pancakes with syrup
