Honestly I got no reason to lie, talk to me later on in 2010, and it will be a different story, but as of now I'm natural, and have no reason not to be natural...I would never juice for no reason, like some guys I know, never understood it, I've been lifting since 18 years old, I'm 28 now, I started at 130, I'm now 175, 45 pounds in 10 years, is not far fetched, where as someone can do a cycle and probably put on that 45 pounds in a matter of months..

Yeah, I'm still bartending, also working for my family's business, and I just got certified in PT, thats why I've been of the boards, been a really busy summer, but yeah the legs are really coming along, even in the jeans you can tell they got thicker, I actually put some good size on them over the winter, but once I started running and doing cardio this summer, I lost some of those gains...but the strength is still there.

Thanks man, pretty funny story this past weekend, I went to a wedding and there was a bunch of people that flew over from Italy to attend it, and they were all taken back by me lol...they were asking me in Italian "if I was natural" and "how many pounds of meat I ate everyday" I was laughing and thinking about GetBig, and how I am a tiny tit on here, but I guess if I was in Italy I'd be huge, hahaha..I gotta move.

Dude it's one thing to get it from people who don't know anything about working out, but you're on a bodybuilding forum and see pics of dudes on gear all day long, my physique is no where near anything that is shown here all day. Hey Mon, no I'm off the Anabolic Diet, I like to cycle it on and off every couple of months, so right about the time I start getting sick of the keto (fats), I cycle into a higher carb diet for 2 months, then back to keto. I think by doing this you never get sick of any type of diet or food, right when you go on the Anabolic diet, it feels like cheating, turkey bacon, full eggs, nuts, peanut butter, cheese, tons of steak...then when I start to get sick of it (few months) I'll do a Carb Cycle type diet and again it feels great to be eating oatmeal, pasta, bread, rice, fruit again..do this for a few months then back to keto.

Well, I officially had an "offseason" last year where I ate whatever, just made sure to eat a ton and every two hours, I've never been consistant with eating I would just eat at random times whenever I was hungry, sometimes 3 meals, sometimes 6 meals, but never 6-7 meals a day consistantly. Also never trained legs consistantly or deadlift. Never really had a chance to bulk being a bartender I always stayed lean,thats pretty much it..I also incorporated alot more fats into my diet, being that I always stayed away from them pretty much other then steak and olive oil.

I definitely get alot better tips, hook up more..when I'm lean...alot of the waitresses tell me "not to get any bigger, I look perfect like this" some of them think I'm on juice, because I have veins all over my arms, guys usually want nutrition/training advice..the bouncer tends to bust my balls and call me nicknames like flex/muscles marinara, I get asked from chicks to show my abs quite often..alot of chicks are intimidated and think that I'd be cocky, but once they get to know me they find out I'm the complete opposite, I've had guys who get drunk and try to challenge me to arm wrestling matches..

Thanks for the props man, and you make a great point, theres tons of guys I know who walk around at 15% + bodyfat with big arms or whatever, but you see actually how much of that is really muscle when you start to diet down, all of a sudden those big arms start looking not so impressive.

Hey dudes thanks for the positive comments, just had breakfast and I'm out the door to go to work, some quick replies...yes, I have been hitting the legs as much as possible, I'm definitely not taking it easy on them I'm hoping to really improve them this coming year. As for my training..I train everything 2 times a week - 3 on 1 off - Mon-bi/tri Tue- shoulders/legs Wed- Chest/Back Thurs- Off then repeat...the way I do this is I train once in the morning at my house ( I have a pretty decent home gym set up) and then again sometime after I get off work from my day job, or on the days when I bartend it's once in the morning and once before work (gotta get a good pump for the ladies ;D which my shift starts at 9) When I train at my house Its bi's, shoulders, & chest and these workouts are usually no longer then 35-45 min, I'm usually slamming coffee in between sets and honestly I get some of my best workouts at home. Gotta go, I'll be back later on to talk some more, heres a few more shots from the series I took yesterday and a few "never seen before shots" ::) pumping up for the Mr. Getbig contest at my house.

Legs training is going well, they have pretty much been sore for an entire year ;D, I actually really enjoy training them now, and I get pumps in them now, where as before I would just feel pain and soreness lol..

Thanks, glad I could inspire you, depending on the structure 170 can look impressive, Lee Labrada used to compete at 175 so....also if you create a good V-taper it will create and illusion that you look like you weigh alot more then you really do.

In terms of supplements, I've tried alot of stuff from all the top companies out there....and theres alot of good products out there, but I just got tired of spending $60-$80 everytime I bought new stuff, I started using that money and putting towards more food. I saw a thread on here awhile back saying all the supplements from WalMart were bullshit..well I've been using the SixStar stuff as well as the BodyFortress stuff and it seems to be working just fine. In terms of Protein I make my own blend right now 1 scoop of Body Fortress and 1 Scoop of Optimum Gold standard in my shakes, I also use the SixStar creatine and sip on it during my workout. I use BodyFortress Glutamine before and after workouts and before bed, I take a Carb Powder in my shake after I train either VoluGrow from Nutrex or Now Nutrition Carb Powder, I also take ZMA before bed, thats it. I will say this if you're up for spending some cash I can recomend some of the more expensive stuff..I like Labrada's Super Charge (that gave me great pumps), Gaspari's Super Pump was also great, I always liked Cell Tech for putting on size, I tried Milos's supplements and I loved them, also the whey protein isolate from True Protein aswell as the Waxy Maize I thought was great too. I mean I would love to try some of the more expensive stuff especially Palumbo's Isolyze and also Dr. Conelly's Progenx line, but like I said, I'm just tired of blowing cash on all this stuff, so right now I'm just getting by on the bare essentials and they seem to be working just fine.
