was because he didnt over rest/sleep. i remember hearing how he only CONSISTENTLY slept 6 hours a night, i didnt hear anything about him sleeping more. Thus if you are up more hours of the day you are assimilating more calories in and out thus a 'bigger body' will be required
also on my own evidence i know im more dryer and cut if im up late being active even if im over eating then wake up a bit early the next day like only getting 6 or less hours of sleep, this can all be achieved with coffee and working out with plenty of food to keep the body constantly elevated
the more asleep you are the more hours of the day/night you are sedentary wich means minus 2 hours of potential muscle stimulation
for me i just need to practice and be more dedicated to prolonging my day

On a german board there was a very successfull amateur (could have been pro imo but went to jail) who said he slept only 4 hours a day and closer to a show only 2-3 hours on purpose cause that makes him even much drier.

I stopped sleeping completely,,,,,,,,I'm 550lbs @ 4'11",,,,, shredded and HUGE!!

Genetics plus every individual has different needs regarding sleep as you get older, you need just enough for recovery, too much becomes a detrimental!

Yes, the logic is missing from Johhny's theory which is.."Ronnie only slept 6 hours...Ronnie is huge...therefore 6 hours sleep= large muscles." How about..being on massive amounts of roids and G.H. reduces the requirement for sleep due to metabolic changes in tissue repair and cellular regeneration. Since one of the functions of sleep is tissue repair, you don't need as much on huge drug doses..plus large doses of roids can stimulate the central nervous system which also makes you sleep less. Johnny's lack of deductive reasoning ability is sickening.

Not true. When most people wake up, they have less water retention...and lack of sleep and excessive caffeine make the body produce more cortisol. Cortisol stores more fat. Long deep sleep also is when you release Growth Hormone. Lack of sleep= less Growth Hormone. GH burns fat. Drink your coffe early, workout on it, do cardio on it. Then at night, take Kava extract and sublingual melatonin and sleep deeply, relese GH and lower cortisol. Cortisol also lowers test levels. The only people that look good, getting a couple of hours of sleep ,are juiced. You've had some decent theories Johhny, but this isn't one of them.
