was because he didnt over rest/sleep. i remember hearing how he only CONSISTENTLY slept 6 hours a night, i didnt hear anything about him sleeping more. Thus if you are up more hours of the day you are assimilating more calories in and out thus a 'bigger body' will be required
also on my own evidence i know im more dryer and cut if im up late being active even if im over eating then wake up a bit early the next day like only getting 6 or less hours of sleep, this can all be achieved with coffee and working out with plenty of food to keep the body constantly elevated
the more asleep you are the more hours of the day/night you are sedentary wich means minus 2 hours of potential muscle stimulation
for me i just need to practice and be more dedicated to prolonging my day
I stopped sleeping completely,,,,,,,,I'm 550lbs @ 4'11",,,,, shredded and HUGE!!
