cooking up a 1 lb of pasta at the moment.....3-4 pieces' of wheat bread, glass of oj, and a cancer stick to follow.... ;D

My food for a day

1 Meal right after workout: 50g dry uncocked oatmeal mixed with filtered water and 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder.

2 Meal: 1 Samon steak with 100g rice and some vegtables
2 Meal: Protein Shake with water
3 Meal: Can of tuna
4 Meal: 1 Samon steak with 100g rice

Last meal: large green salad with smoked Samon slices thomatos and home made dressing of Balsamico sauce and Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.

Works for me have lost 10kg so far.

He's admitted himself that he's fat. Not saying that everyone should stay under 100kgs though.. I'm currently weighing 90kg and my spine is still showing so I'm currently trying to gain weight.

And you can say a lot about mme here and I might be an annoying girl but I am not lying never have never will be - If I say I am proud of being comfortable with 100kg bench and have must reached 110kg whats the problem with that?

Don't ask me why I remember this sorta stuff but I do recall you saying that you benched 110kg at a body weight of 108kg and that's after losing a bit of weight if I'm not mistaken. So yes, unless you're 210cm tall you' are/was most likely fat. Why would you try to lose weight otherwise?

but you conveniently forget the fact that I have long arms and take an extreme wide grip ;) - you also forgot me saying that I am quit comfortable bench 120 with a close grip for my tricpes.
I know I am not fat - I'm also not ripped by any means - but I have tried all different possitions for benching and the wide grip is the best for me.
Its harder - actually a lot harder but I force myself to bring it all the way to the chest and back - Im sure you do not train with an ego as well.

Edit: But you are right I am weak at benching it is NOT my strongest point what so ever - I am strong in other far more rediculas things like... Olympic bar shruggs  :-\ :-\ :-\ why the fuck I don't know but I can shrug 10 plates in total easy and very clean and 12 if I help with my legs... its fuck all good but hey.

I'm no strength monster either and have long arms as well so I guess we're in the same spot... kinda. Right now I'm doing "ego" training I guess you could call it... most of my exercises I'm aiming for 6-8 reps if not less to increase strength. But I try to keep a strict form though.

Back in the early 80's, we were supposed to convert over to the metric system. My sister had to learn both systems, but by the time I got into school, the idea had been done away with.
