Don't ask me why I remember this sorta stuff but I do recall you saying that you benched 110kg at a body weight of 108kg and that's after losing a bit of weight if I'm not mistaken. So yes, unless you're 210cm tall you' are/was most likely fat. Why would you try to lose weight otherwise?
but you conveniently forget the fact that I have long arms and take an extreme wide grip

- you also forgot me saying that I am quit comfortable bench 120 with a close grip for my tricpes.
I know I am not fat - I'm also not ripped by any means - but I have tried all different possitions for benching and the wide grip is the best for me.
Its harder - actually a lot harder but I force myself to bring it all the way to the chest and back - Im sure you do not train with an ego as well.
Edit: But you are right I am weak at benching it is NOT my strongest point what so ever - I am strong in other far more rediculas things like... Olympic bar shruggs

why the fuck I don't know but I can shrug 10 plates in total easy and very clean and 12 if I help with my legs... its fuck all good but hey.
