you can tell this guys has worked out for many years because he has an even build...maybe abit more triceps..calves and hamstrings..and pecs..but pecs will look better when he gets lower body %

Then I answer you seriously.
Telling the truth. The contest date is 27th of March 2010.
I have still 14weeks to go.
So Paco want me to keep my bodyweight above 80kg and get tighter.
And we plan to go down drasticaly from January. Maybe 750g-1kg per week until i get my glutes tight.
We estimate that its gonna be like 74kg. So we still have 6 weeks to go at that time. And in that 6 weeks, we will raise my bodyweight until 76-77kg around to make tighter look.

500+ grams of protein is abit overkill for someone of your size especially for a natural.

Hopefuly that works.
According to Paco, He dont worry about my mass. But he is worrying about the hardness since my skin is geneticaly thick.
So we will have plenty of time and try not to lose hardness as much as possible.

I totally second that, and I am 100% that he will look his best when he hits 74 kg and carb up rather than put it some 4 kg in just short period of time. (all the added size will be 70% water, 19.9fat & %0.1 muscles)
It is all up to Kymou, but try to rethink and recalculate things again.

i would also advice you against complicating it too much. your not gonna add any real mass in this short period and on a diet, your goal should be to hang on the muscle you already have by trying to keep the poundages heavy (for you)..dieting down slowly and focus on getting ripped without doing too much vodoo stuff. also 500g of protein is overkill for a natural of your size...although i agree keeping protein high is important inorder to keep muscle. when dieting protein should be atleast 2.5g per kg bodyweight and day...higher if you have a large caloric deficit...but still not as much as 500g..which is something like 6 g protein per kg BW.

Thank you NJ Flex.....I thought my chest was overpowering personally, but I will take a side delt compliment anyday...My problem is I have big bones, and a big rib cage.That is why I look so thick in that picture.But from the front I look blocky, I have the symmetry of a brick, lol
My father and relatives were big husky men, so I wasn't one of these smalled boned guys.
All the men in my family were barrel chested.They all were 5'9"-5-11" and weighed 250-270lbs but never worked out.They were just big husky men from Naples Italy, that were big and crazy.My father and grandfather didn't take shi%$ from anybody.
You want to talk about strong, omg....My father smoked for 45 years.When I was 5 years old I seen my father pick up a automatic transmission from a I think it was a 1970 something Ford with a 400 cubic in motor, so it was heavy.He picked up the transmission and carried it about 25 yards to my uncles garage.It was my uncles car, but my uncle Pete couldn't help him because my Uncle Pete had Polio when he was a kid, so one leg is 4 inches shorter then then other.
So what can a guy with one leg 4" shorter then the other do? other then stand there and watch?
My father was one of the strongest people I know.He never lifted a weight in his life, but his arms were almost 18" and I think his chest was probably 51-52" .....When I was growing up my father was one of those people who didn't use a hand truck or a dolly to move things, he would just pick things up, and move them.He was truly insane.
I actually seen him pick up a Corvair 6 cylinder engine, and lift it from a milk crate to a bench.......
The funny thing is, he didn't physche himself up or pump himself up before he lifted things.He would just pick things up and move them, without thinking twice, lol

i have naples/sicily blood,,sorry kymou your thread,keep it up looking good,stay the course 11 wks is plenty trial and error just don't screw up 10/1/2 wks from now...

Kymous have you ever did carb cycling for your diet? Zig Zag your carbs to keep your metabolism going? This Why the body never gets used to the same amount of carbohydrates its getting,.
Just like training you don't train the same chest workout every week do you? No because you want to confuse the muscle.So the muscle responds.By keeping your carbs the same everyday, the body adapts and your metabolism is therefore not stimulated.
To get hard you have to zig zag your carb intake.

Just like training you don't train the same chest workout every week do you? No because you want to confuse the muscle.So the muscle responds.By keeping your carbs the same everyday, the body adapts and your metabolism is therefore not stimulated.
To get hard you have to zig zag your carb intake.
From my own experience, carb cycling works beautifully 'til you get around 10% BF (just a bit under), which is already good for a natural (by natural I also mean no T3/T4, no diuretics). But once I hit that BF level, I started losing lean mass pretty quickly while still carb cycling. Some say ketonic diet is the way to go at that point. I haven't tried it. If anybody knows, your insight would be appreciated.

If my condition keep on showing progress with ice cream, i would keep on eating that.
Simple, during showing the change, why should i change my diet?
When my physique dont change, i will change it.
