why is it "lol" ?

the worst thing that could happend for a bodybuilder...

I really enjoyed the video though, they should move it to another place, so we doent have to hear the

"the plates are alot heavier"

"the plates are heavy here"

"wow these plates are heavy"

"wow these things are heavier then at my gym"

"wow this was alot heavier the usual"

etc etc etc,

Just go to a normal gym with NORMAL weights

The way he stormed off and almost got choked by the tape sectioning off the gym lol.
Anyway, this is further proof why not to juice, your muscles strengthen faster than your tendons can adapt so the result is alot of torn muscles. Only guys who had obviously built a good base before juicing like Ben White can avoid this problem.

Also Palumbo sound like he shat himself "alright, just a little tweak uh um".

Did you see how red his whole head was before he even started lifting, sign of high blood pressure, definatly not healthy. Unless you have good genetics, juice just makes you look worse in the long-term.

and that proves your statement HOW exactly?

explain to me how you know when he started using, and how on earth you know for how long he trained before that.

If I tear my pec, my competition day would be over at that moment.

I think there's more to the story than simply stronger muscles vs tendons. Messed up mineral balance, stiffer tendons, etc. On steroids you can tear muscles even with surprisingly light weights.

There is more to the story...mainly that people generally have one arm longer than the other which in turn places greater stress to one insertion point.

It's a bad deal all the way around...especially if you're not built for it.

Yes, because a monster with such mass such as this should be handling big weights!  ::)

WTF ???
Never do stretches before a warm-up. In fact doing too much stretches, even after a warm-up, are counterproductive for maximum strength

Interesting point Chick. That could be the reason I got pain in the front delts with barbell pressing movements. After I switched to dumbells and cables the pain was almost completely gone.

 ;D  :-[  :-X  :-\

P.s stretching before lifting weights increases your chance of injury, its better  to warm up with lighter sets. Also its better to use dumbells for flat bench and only barbell for incline/close grip.

 What's the ultimate "stfu"? Fight.

When you submit or knock out your opponent. it leaves no doubt who was  better.

Since bodybuilders think being strong is everything.

How about fighters vs bodybuilders? can be pros or not.

LOL @ 'being concerned that the weights were a little off'

Say what you like about Ben, he's a funny mofo.

Holy shit, though, the kid he trains with looks really old for 23.  Thick and strong as shit, but isn't HGH supposed to slow down the aging process?

i think smoking alot of crack and doing alot of meth is less risky

there are warning signs to everything, if i eat too much sugar cane or have too much beer ill get a zit

but steroids gravitate to the most delusional, its like stealing "ungodly" strength-but at what price? epic cosmetic side effects

meth makes someone have epic acne and crack will probably scare you enough before you get "too high"

That first guy got ripped off.  He was the only guy who did exactly what Romano said to do.  Not one of the following guys did it how he said to do it.  And a couple of those guys were questionable even half reps.  I think almost to fully extended is okay but most of those weren't close to that.  And those guys would have sucked at our events in Hawaii.  And we did them all the way up or at least 3/4 and were fair about it.  I did 25 but had two taken away.  Curtis Leffler did 28 full.  Kaz told me once he did 28 with 405 (it could have been 23 but I think it was 28).

I noticed all that too. Too many half reps in there!
And the judge came back on to explain how the half reps were OK and give some BS justification for it. :-\

The kid in the Tap-Out(face scrunch) was the most impressive from a technical stand point, most of his reps were clean. He looked lighter and long armed too. The older fella was decent too. Other than that, lots of 1/4 and 1/2 reps.

Also, go find some calibrated plates or atleast weigh out a few before these things so you don't have a lop-sided bar. It may not seem like a big thing, but a bar that's off a few pounds on either side can be quite odd feeling.

stretches can help prevent a muscle from tearing thats why its important to property stretch the muscle for 10-15 minutes before a heavy lift

After doing 25 with 315 lets see how many you can get with 405 HAHAHA

Point is had he not repped 315 for 25 reps I'll bet he could have easily gotten 10-12, use your head man how old are you anyways?

I agree those two guys who did full reps got ripped off.

That powerlifting judge needs to get his eyes checked, i bet Dave slipped him a few hundred to keep the "drama" going.

Most of White's reps were very close to lockout but his training partner and several others were doing half reps.

LOL @ the 'Where's Derek Anthony?' moment.

I actually like the placement of DA in that clip.  They script his appearance to coincide with John talking to the pretty girl.

Thankfully, most GetBiggers only saw the girl and didn't even notice DA without being told he was there.  That means most GetBiggers are officially no homo.

Well done, gents.  We passed the test.
