why is it "lol" ?

the worst thing that could happend for a bodybuilder...

I really enjoyed the video though, they should move it to another place, so we doent have to hear the

"the plates are alot heavier"

"the plates are heavy here"

"wow these plates are heavy"

"wow these things are heavier then at my gym"

"wow this was alot heavier the usual"

etc etc etc,

Just go to a normal gym with NORMAL weights

The way he stormed off and almost got choked by the tape sectioning off the gym lol.
Anyway, this is further proof why not to juice, your muscles strengthen faster than your tendons can adapt so the result is alot of torn muscles. Only guys who had obviously built a good base before juicing like Ben White can avoid this problem.

Also Palumbo sound like he shat himself "alright, just a little tweak uh um".

Did you see how red his whole head was before he even started lifting, sign of high blood pressure, definatly not healthy. Unless you have good genetics, juice just makes you look worse in the long-term.

and that proves your statement HOW exactly?

explain to me how you know when he started using, and how on earth you know for how long he trained before that.

If he really torn his pec, i really feel bad for him.
If I tear my pec, my competition day would be over at that moment.

I think there's more to the story than simply stronger muscles vs tendons. Messed up mineral balance, stiffer tendons, etc. On steroids you can tear muscles even with surprisingly light weights.

There is more to the story...mainly that people generally have one arm longer than the other which in turn places greater stress to one insertion point.

It's a bad deal all the way around...especially if you're not built for it.

Good idea for a little competition, but judging should have been stricter.

Yes, because a monster with such mass such as this should be handling big weights!  ::)

WTF ???
Never do stretches before a warm-up. In fact doing too much stretches, even after a warm-up, are counterproductive for maximum strength

Interesting point Chick. That could be the reason I got pain in the front delts with barbell pressing movements. After I switched to dumbells and cables the pain was almost completely gone.

 ;D  :-[  :-X  :-\

P.s stretching before lifting weights increases your chance of injury, its better  to warm up with lighter sets. Also its better to use dumbells for flat bench and only barbell for incline/close grip.
