I'm trying to drop a few pounds of fat.
I keep calories low throughout the day,,, then around 10pm lose all control and put down 2000k in a disgusting binge.......
It's happening almost daily now. My lack of willpower is truly sickening

Not sure how to help, eat more clean foods during the day?
Maybe eat a little bit of junk in the middle of the day so you arn't hungrey at night, if that's the issue.
Basically your body is saying you arn't eating enough during the day. Don't know if it affects you, but even eating a lot during the day sometimes i need junk food just in order to sleep properly. It's like i just burn any fat i have on me constantly and need some blockage in order to sleep.

It's very easy boost. Do NOT keep calories low the whole day. Eat one big meal as late as possible (late lunch or dinner). The rest of the day, curb your hunger with protein shakes.

honestly right now keeping low calorie and cardio up the wazooo if I truely feel the need for junk food, I just chew gum..I dont eat past 6pm anyways

only once a week, that's it. I dont care what anyone says, as much cardio I do, I don't have a fast metobolism, not even with clen and t3 or eca stack. I cannot eat the way I used too...I just stick to one day of cheat meals and my beer..

right now i binge eat all day long because i am trying to gain back all of my weight i lost during my recent coma.......but normally a diet dr pepper would curve the hunger...

Yeh, about a two hours ago I had two pizzas and a bag of chocolate eggs. About 3kcal I think :-\ I'm supposed to be making weight for Friday morning. Might require the sauna on Thursday night! :)

NOOOOOO although I have done it before..Usually Saturday's after my weigh in at Weight watchers (keeps me on track) I will have a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch cereal with no fat milk and nannas..lunch usually my subway spicy italian..and go out for dinner and drink some bud select...
listen noone will like how I do and I'm 130 right now and prefer 120 llbs. If you really want to ask we can move to one of the female threads I dont wanna hijack

please when I first got laid off in november..i packed 30llbs in 6 weeks..and thats working out twice a day..I lost focus on dieting...but you were in a coma your body was craving your food

Why don't you eat past 6pm newmom? Eating at late hours does not make you gain more fat it is a myth. I don't see a good reason for it?
it what works for me xerxes..besides I'm usually asleep by 930pm because I get up at 5am to be running at the gym by 530

yeah but i am packing on quality mass......muscle memory plus eating every hour is awesome...my running endurance is building up really fast too.....i could be superman!!!!!

Do you believe that post/pre workout shakes and fast carbs after training is also a myth? I mean it might not affect your body composition but maybe training? How long were the studies that said it didn't matter for body composition? (don't remember)
If it would affect your training, it would of course potentially also affect body composition. But studies about meal timing around workouts are conflicting. There are studies that go both ways.

Yes that is why I was wondering about the length of the studies, if they were short then maybe a longer study would show bigger differences in body composition.

Do you vary the calories day to day? You need a higher, medium, lower day of calories and i feel you definately need a big junk meal quite often to help lose weight. It also keeps the metabilism going along at a fast rate.

Im a shocker at it, only thing that seems to slow me down is eating a large red meat meal as my last meal about 6.30pm, I have trouble sleeping when cutting carbs, when I used to diet i wouild only get 3 to 4 hours sleep at night then a nap in the afternoon for an hour or so. Try the Red meat, i think the slow digestion helps with cravings. Only trouble is you fart and dream a lot, but that beats not sleeping.

l-arginine before bed. Don't know why, but it helps and I am ready to tear up some breakfast in the morning....
