Im a shocker at it, only thing that seems to slow me down is eating a large red meat meal as my last meal about 6.30pm, I have trouble sleeping when cutting carbs, when I used to diet i wouild only get 3 to 4 hours sleep at night then a nap in the afternoon for an hour or so. Try the Red meat, i think the slow digestion helps with cravings. Only trouble is you fart and dream a lot, but that beats not sleeping.
