No i don't beleave it is, there's alot of FLS by Yates that look more impressive than the one i posted however in 1992 his Proportion/waist/taper/condition were Excellent from top to bottom

yes i was going to choose yates for the best triceps but wanted to hear more suggestions!..
sergio had a great FDB but ironically his biceps were not deeply separated!!.. IMO this puts him after others with better separation in this area and also better overall shape..

Ronnie was amazing but could not beat prime Nasser in the most muscular. If you don't accept this then you simply don't understand how the pose is judged. ALL muscles are important as it is assessing overall muscularity - unlike some poses that emphasise more specific parts. Ronnie's terrible calves and abdominals detract from this pose for him. That why they NEVER post Ronnie's calves when they argue for him.
However, Calves do matter in this pose as broad shoulders and huge calves create the coveted x-frame that is vital for this pose. Sorry, Ronnie was great in the most muscular but Nasser was the best.

shawn is great but is too small to be the best ever especially there are others who are bigger and more impressive and still as complete as shawn or even more complete than him!!.. also shawn's high calves take some from your mentioned poses!..

Anybody who understand how to judge can see that Nasser clearly is the best - and some of the mediocrity posted as supposedly better is a joke.
For a complete most muscular, both crab and standing Nasser ticks every single box. It is not just his mass and lack of any weak parts. It is his symmetry and proportion that is so stunning. It looks he is standing with a mirror halfway across his torso. Nothing dominates (and so many modern bodybuilders are allowed to win with this happening) and nothing is weak. Everything is perfect, symmetrical and developed to its fullest potential within the framework of the overall aesthetic.
From the broad shoulders to the nipped waist and the cantilevering thighs to the astonishing calves. Anyone who can't see that this just doesn't get how bodybuilding is judged (or should be judged if people aren't cheating and fixing results politically )

Its ok, I wasn't offended. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, if you think Nasser is the best ever, that's great.
What I liked about Ronnie's FLS (in 98-99) is the great taper he had, small waist, wide lats, etc. His abs and calves were a big flaw as you say though. I don't even consider Dorian because even though his lats were great, what about the rest of his bodyparts in that pose? Not so good.
Shawn wasn't as big as Nasser, but he was more complete (in my opinion) and he also hit the side chest pose better.
I'm not a big fan of the "mass monsters" anyway, but I'll say that Nasser was one of the few that actually looked great.

Anybody who understand how to judge can see that Nasser clearly is the best - and some of the mediocrity posted as supposedly better is a joke.
For a complete most muscular, both crab and standing Nasser ticks every single box. It is not just his mass and lack of any weak parts. It is his symmetry and proportion that is so stunning. It looks he is standing with a mirror halfway across his torso. Nothing dominates (and so many modern bodybuilders are allowed to win with this happening) and nothing is weak. Everything is perfect, symmetrical and developed to its fullest potential within the framework of the overall aesthetic.
From the broad shoulders to the nipped waist and the cantilevering thighs to the astonishing calves. Anyone who can't see that this just doesn't get how bodybuilding is judged (or should be judged if people aren't cheating and fixing results politically )

Bobs you are a cool guy, but let's be real here... no one in the real world gives a shit about Nasser, or any other bodybuilder for that matter. Most of his e-mails probably consist of clowns asking him for gear advice, or Schmoes trying to pay him for various sexual favors, clothing, etc.
He probably gets his fair share of looks and comments, like "Wow your huge!," or "Dude do you work out, or do you take Steroids?," and I am sure that these type of inane comments far outweigh any positive attention he gets from various people in the bodybuilding community.
He is also probably doomed from ever having any meaningful intellectual debates/discussions, because most people would probably not take him seriously on that level do to preconceived ideas about bodybuilders, and the fact that most of the company he keeps is probably rather suspect, as far as that goes.

Yes, the world does not care about bodybuilders as it does with other sports, but he does gain more recognition than you think. Just from my circle alone, there are people I’ve gone to school with, worked with, wife has worked with, know from the gym, etc. who know of Nasser and speak highly of him. Even when we returned from our holiday for example some of my wife’s coworkers were telling her she should have brought back autographed photos for them. When I put pics up from facebook of our visits I get emails and comments from people who don’t even work out much asking how I know him. I’m not going to go into too many examples but there is more than enough evidence that there are tons of people around the world who respect Nasser. The same for other top pros as well, however even more so for top ranking pros who were also friendly with their fans which can be narrowed down to just Nasser and perhaps a few others.
Yes there are the odd schmoes or people asking questions about drugs but the majority are positive, just the comments on his website or facebook page show this.
You’re totally off where you say he’s doomed from having intellectual discussions lol – nothing is further from the truth. I’m not exaggerating or joking but anyone who has a conversation with Nasser would agree here – he’s extremely intelligent and knowledged. He has degrees in sociology, history and political science after all, has travelled all over the world during his bb career, and speaks many languages. I’m always amazed at the stuff he knows and he doesn’t even like talking about bodybuilding. Most of his friends have nothing to do with competitive bodybuilding, and he gets turned off when people who talk to him cannot talk about much outside of bb.

It is not that I do not think Nasser is incapable of holding an intelligent conversation, (I don't think anyone is seriously trying to claim that in fact), but rather I doubt it is easy to do so in the circles that he runs with. Now I suppose he has some close friends which would be an exception to this, but for the most part, no one is going to take him seriously when it comes to intellectual veracity, regardless if that preconception is justified or not.

Many Americans sign up for the military to try to make the US than the world a better place.
For most, the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan is not what they agree with.
However, you can't just leave the military because you have different views than those in charge.
I don't see how anyone can call US soldiers cowards.
They do their jobs in a dangerous volatile place where thousands if not millions want them dead.

It's called shadows....when you stand directly underneath a very strong light...it accentuates the shadowing on your body. It is a very simple concept. You know this but choose to play dumb because he's your buddy.
You can also his around his lower abs and waist he is getting fat...Plus look at the rest of his body , he is not muscular or separated in the slightest. he's not lean anymore.
And that picture is a year old itself....he's probably even fatter now. Everyone gets old Sherif...don't feel so bad.

NO I'm not.....I'd like to see him JUST ONCE...step out from underneath that giant flourescent light so we can see what he REALLY looks like. Every pic he posts in what is known as a "kitchen pic". I don't want to be nit-picker but it look like he cranks the contrast waaaay up too.
When he post pics of himself about town and whatnot....he looks like he never touched a weight in his life.
The pic i posted if my torso is shot in my bathroom...which does not have any overhead lighting, same with my back pic.
