I'm in Philly for the weekend and trained arms last night, snapped this video! and the picture was taken a few minutes before I hit the gym!
Before anyone says anything, I weighed the Bar! ;D

My phone wasn't ringing? Its on silent when I'm in the gym, I usually use it for my music with a bluetooth stereo headset (but I forgot it in DC) (and pics) ;D

That was not even cheating curls...more like cleans. More leg action than bicep action. Judging from that video, you could probably do 7x80lbs with half decent form. Even for a guy with 14 inch arms, you are very weak

Please show me your video doing it with emaculate form, would love to learn the right way to do it sir! Because my way really isn't working and I'm struggling to bring up my arms, thank you very much, appreciate your help!

Your form was not bad at all, you could've gone a bit slower on the negative, but that's it. Anyway, you have great biceps, so your "way" is working just fine.

There is a difference between gyno and some chest fat buddy, it is the off-season after all and I'm 50+ lbs well over my competition weight!
And yeah, my forearm training has decreased a little ever since I got married ;D

No, thats only my first exercise, I also did two other exercises, each with 6 or 7 sets! I'm a volume guy!!! ;D

That was actually pretty good form for me LOL, I have this one video of me curling 85 lbs dumbells - the form in that video is AWFUL, will post it up when I get back home on Sunday!
No I took that video to impress some school girls, but you can praise it to if you like! ;D

No, thats only my first exercise, I also did two other exercises, each with 6 or 7 sets! I'm a volume guy!!! ;D
22 sets for biceps, that's a LOT of volume man. But if it works for you then its all good.

Yeah it is, all my training is high volume, legs and chest are each 30-35 sets
Just how I've always done it, and what I respond too. Everyone is different!

And no it will not be revealed in a few years that i've juiced, because its never happened LOL but I guess I will take that as a compliment!
