start taking some letro for the gyno and train forearms.
There is a difference between gyno and some chest fat buddy, it is the off-season after all and I'm 50+ lbs well over my competition weight!
And yeah, my forearm training has decreased a little ever since I got married
Your form was not bad at all, you could've gone a bit slower on the negative, but that's it. Anyway, you have great biceps, so your "way" is working just fine.
