but best way to isolate my triceps.and it seems works very welll.
The preacher curl bench is pretty far from the cables station. I'm not quite sure my gym would allow for me to rearrange furniture just to test out new workout techniques from Taiwan.Yes,i moved the preacher curl bench under high-pull cable.
I'd love to try it, but they would probably disdain my attempts to reinvent the wheel at the expense of their interior design.
