Friday is date night for me, and tonight I'm taking out an 18 year old Puerto Rican waitress who's been flirting with me. First I'll head over to the YMCA and perform a full body workout of bench press, squat, chins, military presses, barbell curls, French curls, and 500 sit-ups on the slant board. Then I'm taking this hot little tamale to Olive Garden and we'll see where things go.

Booyah my brother. By the way, I am just curious - is the slant board that you are using at the Y, is it one of those types that you hook the board up to sort of a ladder that is fixed to the wall? It's just like a padded plank that has a hook on the end, and you wrap the hook around whatever height peg you desire? Because as a youngster I got up to the seventh peg.
