I have done full body workouts naturally 3-4 times a week, deadlifts and squats on every workout for almost 2 years without missing more than 2-3 weeks in between. All antagonist super-sets with 30seconds to 1 minute breaks in between sets.
Great workout for a natural lifter, you just have to know what you are doing.

Upper/lower split is pretty good, but I prefer to split my body in 3 days.

I have done that before and afterwords I felt like I had been put through a meat grinder. Felt worn out as hell. Felt like SHIT.
It's good to do this a couple times per year for one week maybe, for shock growth. But doing it constantly would be unrealistic.

2) the less exercises you will do the bigger your arms will get.
3) the more exercises of the "less exercises" done correctly, the bigger your arms will continue to get.
4) work heavy but only as heavy as you can go correctly! work to failure! it might be 12 reps or 9 reps or 6 reps as long as muscle fails.
5) 2 sets each exercise/ 3exercises bicep ans 3exercises triceps. all 6 done in the same workout session.
6) i suggest following routine: monday-arms/tuesday-legs/wed off/thursday-back/friday-chest and shoulders/ sat-sun off
7) training should never be longer than 50-60 min (including warm up and or ab work)

9) i find machine work to be better when stuck. combine machines and free weights.
10) exercises are all good and have their place as long as you do them right!
11) always flex in the mirror no matter what others think of you.

Training a muscle about every 5 days seems to work best.
Any more than that and you aren't fully recovering. If you are blasting the muscles hard of course. If you just train like a bitch, you can hit each body part every 2 days.

Coach, what do you think about doing bike for leg developpment ? Everybody who does a lot of bike and compete in bodybuilding (speaking from what I see) have great leg size and separation

How is your split?
I train bodyparts twice a week as well, sometimes even 3 times a week, i like it the best.
I also do a lot of HIIT cardio on the bike, especially on the days i train legs.

How can that make no sense?
because steroids have no effect on how your body responds to training AFTER a few days. Protein synthesis returns to normal after 36-48 hours...steroids or no steroids. Drugs only change how your body responds to training during that brief period of time.
