Used to be, you were 6'6" and fucking jacked for your height. I understand you had some drug problems with meth or somesuch shit, but damn, "Johnny" ... now you're legit FAT atop lacking half the development you had ages ago.
I keep waiting for somebody to pull the wool from our feet and admit this Falcon shit is a joke :) If not, does "Johnny" have any true friends here? I mean, people who won't bullshit him and will tell him to get off the crack (or whateverthefuck).

The heavyweights snipe early, Falcon using a one-two-leg kick and Overeem mixing lefts, uppercuts and kicks of his own. Nothing much of substance lands in the opening 90 seconds, but the fighters then exchange glancing head kicks and Overeem drives for a takedown. He spins Falcon to the mat after a brief struggle and Falcon tries to shove Overeem off with a butterfly guard. Falcon keeps busy with elbows from underneath and eventually does create space to scramble to his feet. Overeem scores with a straight left and slips on a head kick, but jumps back up. Falcon clinches and tries a partially blocked knee outside. They stand in the pocket and Overeem puts a right hand behind Falcon’s ear. At the same time, Falcon throws a picture perfect left hook which snaps Overeem’ head and sends him crashing to the ground. Overeem is out cold already, but his head bounces off the canvas and his eyes are wide open as Falcon walks away. It’s a vicious finish from “Trailer-park FailCan” at 3:52 of the first round, one that will no doubt appear on highlight reels for years to come.

i do occasional low pushkicks. but it would be foolish for a tal man to try to kick at someones head. kicks are really a horrible fighting technique when aiming high.
kicks only work if you have shoes on and push /stomp kick someone....but if you try to kick and connect with shin blade its gonna hurt u just as much as the other guy taking the kick. gotta land with the shoe for it to be effective. keep up the good work brother!

yep agree with most of this but disaggree with some let me break it down for you
i move around alot im always on my feet, but i dont rely on stimulants like caffiene and weed to blunt appetite and sustain energy. i rely soly on food without stimulants. my body simply cant handle caffiene or weed anymore it will fuck with my heart or ill get dizzy or anxiety with coffee. totaly wrong on job like i said i work like a falcon horse 7 days a week 5 hours a day on my feet as a moving busy body. sometimes it takes 1 hour before work to have materials ready so thats more time on my feet.
the leans are all from stimulants, the only two ive relied on are coffee and weed.
i still have plenty of musccle just not defined i can do easily 10 full ranged pushups at a bodyweight of 285-290 off of a rafter wich is more difficult to grip
the thing is theres no real point to being enslaved with the thought of having to train constantly to define your physique further and further only to have the appetite always playing the catch up game in the 'real world'. Many live in a fantasy to think you can train to the max WITH cutting calories without cofffee or weed . even grandmaster adonis cant go without his 12 pepsi's a day.
sure i could cut calories down and get leaner but mathmatically and realistically id be even less active, i cant afford to be a sit on my ass all day long homo...im a god dern working man i gotta put bred on they table . a natural cant just magically open fat cells and perserve impressive looking muscle and hope to be on his feet all day WITHOUT stimulants or mind altering substances like weed.

see my cousin would say the same thing about weed how it makes you stupid and go to sleep. to me weed made me supercharged my confidence to do or atleast try any daunting physical task. When i smoked weed it felt like i just created a friend in my mind that enabled me to joyingly work harder at things. i didnt admit my weed smoking much in my younger days but now that i havent smoked in like 2 years its good to let people know that weed can act like a steriod cause it can alter your mind to go longer doing physical activities

When cleaned up the Falcon had the face of a model. Beautiful man (no homo). I also considered him to have one of the best White man's genetics on this board. After about 6'4" or so a man starts to get that kind of lanky, gangley appearance. Not JF and he looked around 6'6". He had the kind of look and physique that would make women cream and get all shy and intimidated. Of course his sheer size and Falcon punches would nullify any thoughts of men challenging him.

I have met MANY former meth addicts who are fat as fuck, I do not understand the mechanism behind it but my guess is that you burn out your fight or flight system and cannot produce/use NE. I could be wrong, but that is my guess. Meth as you know causes your body to dump E and NE as well as Serotonin, long term use is very very bad...Neurotransmitters are nothing to fuck with!

I had heart palps and i still do very rarely. My heart flutters and i grasp for air for about a second. I dont know about falcon, but mine always occur when im relaxed. I did a few stress tests with the bike pedaling thing (there were a couple sweet pieces of ass there testing me btw :'() and no palps. ALso did another test and found no structural problems with my heart. I was around 290 at the time. I was scared shitless of the thought of dropping dead at any time. You hear about big guys, like gaines adams and jesse marunde to name a couple, who've dropped dead from heart issues. I'm just glad my tests came back ok. I was told my palps were a result of my bp, which was about 160/100. I dropped the weight to 245, I am abck to 270 now and bp is fine.

I think JF indulgence in meth was pretty much implied but I don't ever remember him referencing it specifically let alone admitting that he was an addict. I always thought of him as a typical rec user, not an out of control abuser. I did start to become concern in light of his posts in the last year or so. He really started sounding way out there.
