Get a nice tan (fake, you'll burn in a sunbed)

I will atek somephotos in next week or so. I have veins in shoulders and am tensing my abs, nothing else. I will also put diff setting on phone so I do not look so washed out.

Goudy,if you drop 10 pounds,shave,get a tan,you will look totally insane with your size and you have good proportions as well.

About 40-60 lbs to lose easily. Don`t believe me, just try and lean down and see where you end up. You are a lot fatter than you think.

I have barely added 60lbs since I started training so to lose it would be pointless.
I am 260ish - I amd just going to 'grow into the weight' now.

Just out of curiosity, what are your lifting stats? You look strong as a bear!

Bench 355 for 6 reps
Squat - only around 450 atm but ATG
Deadlift - around 540 atm, both this and squat will go up again only back 10 weeks
BB Row - 350+
Press - 280+
Shoulder DB - 120's x 10-12
Incline BB - 290x6 after flat benching.

Shave the gorilla hair, tan a bit and stand in the sun and take the pics. Incadescents and fluorescents are sketchy.
My guess is 9% but I'd have to see the low back fat. You may just have big blocky abs.
Also pinch. Do you have a big chunck of skin where the side chest meets armpit?

not 40lb but 25-30lb of water and fat for the condition adonis talk about which is ripped into chiszled and hard /dry,,you only have 25-30lb to lose you carry lots of muscle and you are tight where it counts ,, it is somwhere around 25-30 cant pin point from one pic

when i was almost 260, having never dieted down before, i thought i could come in lean at 230... at 205, still not as lean as I'd have liked, I decided to give it up.

Ursus definitely does not have 60 pounds to lose, to be sure.
But, I remember being 225 thinking I'd be absolutely shredded at 195. How wrong I was. I was more than likely about 12-13% at 195 and I was dieting pretty damned hard.

9% or 10% ! but i could be wrong man...judging because im dieting and my calibers reads 10%-10.5% and abs look almost like this but my upper body is much more dryer..a lot of veins specially delts and arms but thats under a light.
the picture is so washed out ! try some lighting i assure you it will be much better.

If you have abs showing at 260 and after 40lbs you are not looking very lean indeed then I think you have over dieted and done something wrong!

Having visible ab lines does not mean that youre low in bf. ::)
You have genetically thick abs which show in "high" bf.
We need pics of the back and legs to have a better estimaiton of your bf.. not a blurry pic standing in front of a stained mirror. ;D

Ive seen a typical day of eating for him and its not structured at all.
If he tunes his diet right, nothing crazy, he will be much leaner and bigger.

he's got retard strength, which he's admitted on more occasions. he'd rather work harder in the gym and eat shitty than give up foods he enjoys to have striated shoulder blades.

Who said he can give up his favourite foods..his diet just needs to be more "structured"...complete meals. not "a loaf of bread and beans" you know what i mean. for example add some chicken breast in the bean soup and its a more complete meal. no need to eat oats and white rice.

the problem with getting ripped head to foot is u get areas that lean up quikly, then u get stubbern areas that wont fuckn budge, thats when u miserably concede that you wont be as heavy as you thought you would be, and no one knows this until they try...
for me just behind my obliques is the last to go, even with veins shooting up my abbs,chest,legs etc, this area will still be soft and requires serious cardio and dieting
i have abbs at 260, ripped im 225

My meals tbh are more structured now because I work FT so I am eating from half 7 in the morning right through to at least midnight now!
