Title: How to get shredded? Can someone gimme a sample diet?

been dieting for around 2 months, i was 92 - 93 kgs, i am now 85 kg at around 10% bodyfat

I eat 4 meals a day, each consisting of 250 grams chicken thigh & 154 grams of white rice (cooked)

Total carb intake (day) 171 grams, and total calories around 2100

I dont do any cardio, have been dropping fat, should i just continue this until i reach my desired look or should i boost the calories and do some cardio

Was thinking about switching to keto next week, getting twinkier each day

any help will be greatly appreciated.

hgh for 3 months 5-6iu a day
testosterona propioneta for 3 months 50-75mg every second or third day
masterona for 3 months 50mg every second day along with the trenbolona

moment those 3 months pass and you sit 6-7% ....you increase doses of testosterona...take out trenbolona and add in anadrola at 150mg a day

I`ve lost over 20 pounds since I started dieting on April 11th.

I`m getting shrinkwrapped........ski n is thinning out and vascularity is improving daily as is my definition............ev ery day I`m looking better and better in some subtle way.

My diet is stringent to say the least, but now that I`ve made weight as of this morning,I have 4 weeks to get tighter and tighter, and I know I`ll lose more fat and build more muscle simultaneously as I`ve done it a zillion times.

Try it out and make the necessary changes to suit your bodytype.

Cycle your calories every day. Have cheat meals to boost your metabilism.

You could do a little cardio. But if it's working already why change things too much.

Just do whatever you can sustain to consistently eat as little calories as possible. Anyone telling you there are "secrets" (besides drugs obviously) will probably also charge you and I don't need to draw that picture.

If you are fine with your meal plan
and you are keep dropping fat, but it's not as fast as it was before so just add 1 HIIT 25mins session at night or after training, not on empty stomach.
once your feel that the whole process is slowing increase the number of HIIT sessions.

or you can use the Middle East method...

Bottom line.....if you truly want to get shredded you have to suffer a little. Have any of you noticed that bodybuilders of 20+ years ago look a damn site better than they do now? Even though (and this debatable) they MIGHT have had a little higher BF than now, but with better separation, more striations and with better shape? Now they might be bigger (and with bigger waists/guts) but for the most part the only thing that's really striated is the glutes. And doesn't mean shit!

You want to get shredded and keep classic lines......you follow something similar to this ^^^ and suffer a little. It's NOT about drugs, it's about diet!!

actually i don't see any reason to live bodybuilding lifestyle if it's not your goal

and don't get me wrong eating healthy is one thing, but eating 6 time per day without missing meals and training session it's fucked up at some point.

Thanks Joe,I`m dead into this diet and barely craving anything other than what my diet foods are.

Not many people suffer these days when they diet.......a week into eating semi-clean,they want a fucking cheat meal because they look a little flat....boo hoo !!  :(

I personally like the rigors of training my ass off and eating like a Spartan,though it`s not for everybody,and it ain`t easy either,but if it was easy,everyone would be walking around huge at 5 % bf!! 

In my opinion,if you feel great during a diet and contest prep training regimen,then you ain`t strict enough on the diet and surely must be training like a wuss.

When you feel like total shit,you are doing everything right!

Been on a diet for the last month. Oatmeal, chicken, rice, sweet potato, whey protein, tiny amounts of natural peanutbutter. It's been pretty rough mentally for me. I was use to eating whatever the fuck I wanted. I would eat ice cream cookies all the time. I want to get under 10% bf and then blow it up with hormonas.

OK,for the last 3 years after reading on getbig all the time about how some people need to get a life and eat pizza once in a while and that sort of stuff,I did just that.

Reduced my training from my usual 5 days a week to only 3 days a week,ate anything I wanted to eat in moderate quantities.............. .then I went out of control,I would eat one shitty meal a day,and binge on junk constantly for the rest of the day and night.

1 gallon of ice cream in tow days,a whole fucking pie in two days,tons of sandwiches with mayo and shit like that,subs,big bags of M&M`s while watching movies,etc. etc.

I lost my enthusiasm to train but still half heartedly pushed through 3 semi-decent workouts per week.

The result of this is that my waist went from 31",to 36".....then I got on a new med for my depression issues which only after gaining 3 more fucking inches on my waist did I find out from the web that it threw excess weight on just about anybody who used it.

Read tons of testimonials from people who gained 30-40 pounds on this shit in no time flat.

MY FUCKING WAIST WAS 39" FUCKING INCHES AT A BODYWEIGHT OF ONLY AROUND 180-188.

The anti-depressant drug is called Mirtazapine............. flushed that shit down the toilet!!

Now my waist is 31" again and I`m looking to get it down to 29"-30" by the North America in Sept.

At 56 this shit doesn`t get any fucking easier so eat right and take your vitamins kids!!    ;)

Actually I think that the reason you started binging on those foods is because you spent most of your life "eating like a bodybuilder" and depriving yourself from them. Once you got the chance, you went all out. Ever wonder why most post contest bbs blow out like balloons? If you had just eaten them moderately in relation to your caloric needs, I doubt you would've gotten fat. Plus you could've still kept training hard.

Have used roids off and on in the past.........never anything extreme dosage wise.

I might have built up gradually to say 750 mgs of Sustanon,with some pink D-bols.........possibly 30 mgs. per day.

One time,with the Anadrol I mentioned in another thread,I peaked at 1600 and honestly looked Ok but nothing special.

Most of the time I did gear,was for a contest as opposed to off-season which is stupid as I never really got big at all.

This might change later this year though.

In regards to your question if whether I`m natty or not:

I think your will power/drive is admirable, especially for someone your age. Almost no one at this age, could even do something to lose some weight, let alone do what is necessary to compete.
I do think your attitude towards food and dieting is a bit extreme though.  :-\

my body looks better and my whole mental outlook is better as well. eating shit food may make you feel good at the time - actually for me it doesnt even feel good most of the times, its almost like an addiction to eat it without really enjoying it- but  for me eating whole clean food sources are way better for your mental state and physical well being and look.

all these 'getbig gurus' crying a calorie is a calorie have no clue what they are talking about, or have never been truly ripped. even GH15 says to lose that 2% you have to clean it up and hes right. and that 2% is a bitch. getting to 6 is a joke. go to 4% on your calorie is a calorie dream diet without looking like a swimmer and i'll be impressed.

Wow, dipshit is finally almost taking my advice. Protein does not need to be that high.  I am sure in a few months you will be parroting this as well.

You know, I remember reading your food/training log last year and thinking less than 1 gr of protein was not good, but you were correct all along. Since dropping my protein I feel and look better than before, these days I eat less than 1 gr/lb and I'm doing just fine. Although I may get to the 1 gram/lb if I'd count the incomplete protein coming from carbs, etc. Do you count those?

I know that diet for a user may be different, but for a natural protein is so overrated.

1gram protein pr lb lean bodyweight + calorie defect.

This, how fucking complicated does it need to be, work out your BMR, add the amount of calories on top of that you burn a day through activities, then make sure you burn 500 calories a day less than that for 1 pound a week, 1000 calories for roughly 2 pounds, get 1gram protein per pound of bodyweight.Doesnt matter how many meals you have, the "30 grams of protein at one time" thing is bullshit, eat as much crap as you want apart from the protein just make sure you eat\burn a deficit.

Army of One is correct. I've slowly been dropping BF for my upcoming holiday to Greece. Started in April at around 15-16%, now at 12, maybe 11. Should be good to go in two weeks when I'm off. Sure, I won't be at 2% there fore obviously 'fat' by Getbig standards, but I'm more than happy enough with my body. I do cardio every single day for an hour and then obviously my weight training. I eat cookies, ice cream, the odd fizzy drink (don't really like them though) and basically whatever I want. Always in moderate quantities and always at a calorie deficit. It's not science.

I think your will power/drive is admirable, especially for someone your age. Almost no one at this age, could even do something to lose some weight, let alone do what is necessary to compete.

You have to remember one thing,I`m not just trying to lose weight or get in shape.I`m always in pretty good training shape/condition, because I love to train fast and hard,but I`m training to compete in the biggest national contest in the USA for guys over 40,50,60,and 70 years old......NPC Masters Nationals.

If you think my opponents are eating fucking donuts,let me assure they aren`t.......some really good older guys in this contest......in fact,the best in the country.

Another reason to eat extreme is that you will be standing on stage in what amounts to a fucking pair of panties in front of hundreds of people.................. you better look lean ,`cause fatasses do not look good in panties!!  ;D

You have to be extreme,or why even bother showing up?

I may place dead last but it won`t be because I didn`t give it all I had.

Everything`s better when you`re eating clean..........no sludge and shit mucking up the body inside or out.

As far as mentally,I totally agree...........sharper and much more focused.

Once I get rid of the junk in my diet,it`s kind of tough at first,but I keep myself constantly motivated thinking that I must go the extra mile in order to place or win,so I actually am looking forward to my next meal as it means one more step closer to my goal.

At times it gets tedious and repetitiuous,but after a while,chicken,rice,salad,water,tastes pretty fucking good when you`re hungry.

If you actually think about it,dieting for a show or to get super lean is no biggie,it`s almost the perfect way to eat,clean protein sources,clean carbs,low calories,low fats,lots of water,etc.

You can always eat junk later once your goal is reached or even surpassed.

I consider Wavelength and Adonis good online friends,(known them both for a loooong time) but the calorie is a calorie crap is not for me.......they both got lean so it might be their thing,but then again,they`re not going onstage in front of a ton of people.

Like Deniro said in Raging Bull..........."Once I get that championship belt around my waist,that`s when I`ll fuck around"!!

Last old buddy,look at the diet and simply alter it a bit to fit your needs,just keep cals low,protein high,drink a ton of liquid(not beer)  ;D and train hard............you can`t lose you have to get leaner........oh yeah,throw in cardio after training...........all I do is walk on an inclined treadmill,boring but not really tough.

Ive been on a diet for over 5 months now and still have about 2-3 months left... 4 sessions of weight training every week, medium/fast cardio 30 min - 1 hour every singel day, and low carb hardcore dieting consisted of chicken breast, eggwhites, proteinpowder, oatmeal, salmon, tunafish, salad, broccoli, udos choice, fish oil, walnuts etc.


My body is stubborn as hell. I got a fulltime job where I walk around all day long, lifting stuff, never being able to sit down exepct in the breakes, and still I have to put in all this effort just to lose some fat every week. Its hell, but I get the job done...

I just made contest weight this morning,my plan is to just watch so I don`t lose any more weight/size,while getting leaner and denser by just to continue with basically what`s been working so far.

I truly am seeing constant but minor improvements in my condition on a daily basis.

I`ve got 4 weeks left and I can and will do a lot with it.....I like the pressure of crunch time.........keeps me in tunnelvision mode.

As far as  my old pics go,I have two photos on my desk in fromt of me at my computer.....40 years old taking my class at the 1995 Southern States Over 35 class....I had just turned 40 a month or two before entering.

In those pics,I think I was possibly as good as I ever got............my goal is to surpass that conditoion at 56.....16 years later.

Can I do it,I don`t know but it`s worth a try and I`m gonna` do all I can to duplicate it or better it.

I`m really enthusiastic about training hard and competing again after feeling out of it for the last 3 years..............it feels damn good.

I like the challenge at an older age to get in top shape because as you know,it sure doesn`t get any easier as we age.

I`ll try to get my training partner to take some pics so she can post them online if I can remember.........got a bad case of "CRS" going on these days-"Can`t Remember Shit" !! :)

I feel what your saying, there is nothing better than busting your ass off for a period of time, and enjoying the results afterwards. I feel more completed this way, everything else is just too easy. Again, stop talking shit. I do the treadmill as I've always done it as part of a training routine. Why do you train for bigger muscles and lower bodyfat? I guess you're not happy with yourself  ;). I also play waterpolo twice a week along with badminton once a week. If anything, I can drop the treadmill and see no difference in my bodyfat levels as they will still be maintained through my other hobbies and sports.

been dieting for around 2 months, i was 92 - 93 kgs, i am now 85 kg at around 10% bodyfat

I eat 4 meals a day, each consisting of 250 grams chicken thigh & 154 grams of white rice (cooked)

Total carb intake (day) 171 grams, and total calories around 2100

I dont do any cardio, have been dropping fat, should i just continue this until i reach my desired look or should i boost the calories and do some cardio

Was thinking about switching to keto next week, getting twinkier each day

The first two weeks are critical for me, after that saying no to food that doesn't belong in your foodplan gets easier and easier.

You know the funny part about this, I knew a girl who competed and for years could not get in shape. Then one contest she showed up and cleaned fucking house, looked beyond amazing.

Broiled chicken breasts with apples. All day long, for 8 weeks straight.

Nothing else. Did not carb load or try to drop water, nothing.

Wonder if there is more to it than that, or if chicken and apples is really THAT amazing? I think momo benaziza did this diet as well.

You're right about being necessary to take diet to a somewhat extreme for a bb contest as big as the one you're going to do, I guess you got to do what you got to do. I think these extremes aren't necessary to get in good shape/condition though.
